Was sitting in the pub for about half an hour after purchasing two beers & a game of pool with my 2 friends. I had a cup of lemonade with me which I hadn't bought in the pub but I was not drinking it in the pub (was just carrying it for the sake of it). There were no signs... More

The experience i had at this pub was so poor that I am surprised it is still open! The barmaid was particularly rude and called me 'babe', which is rather unprofessional and patronising to say the least. The food was edible but not at the top of the list concerning either quality or quantity- if you fancy different ways of... More

The location is great as you can sit out in the sun all day and see the wonderful views of the barbican. The staff are very friendly and give great service. Good range of drinks/food and the DJ in the evening played a good mix of music. Definitely recommend the 3 Crowns

passive aggressive barmaid demanded ID before we had even ordered drinks. I was with my two grown children both over the age of 25 and my sons girlfriend. Menu selection was poor and overpriced £3.00 for a small bowl of chips and £3.50 for a small bowl of cheesy nacos of which once top layer had gone comprised of crumbs... More

We chose this pub for our lunch as the outside was in the sunshine - unfortunately this was the only bright spot! The taps in the ladies are the wrong size for the sink - impossible to place your hand under running water so doesn't say much for hand hygiene. 2 halves of diet pepsi cost £2.80 and tasted disgusting.... We recently booked out the three crowns function room for free ! and Martyn the chef was wonderful, he could not help us enough. He reassured throughout and went through the plan with us, he let us come in and decorate the room and we even had our own private bar! He put our cake together and even sorted the... More
