Very average cafe

An interesting building totally ruined by the propieters turning it in to a twee Henry the Eighth themed cafe. Can you believe an Anne Bolyne menu. I'm all for quaint little places but I do think more could be done with the presentation of the place. Basically had a paper table clothe on top of a sticky plastic... More

We visited here with our Goddaughter for lunch. Good menu and lovely selection of cakes! Friendly staff and olde world character to the place. Would recommend.

I've been frequenting the Tudor Rose for a couple of years now and have always been pleased with the service, the food and drink and the historic surroundings. I would recommend the cream tea

I went to Plymouth in June 2012 with my classmates and we discovered this fantastic place, situated in Barbican. We stayed in Plymouth 1 month and every week-end we came to eat in this tea room. Food was amazing and I had an addiction for them scones! Yeah, this restaurant's not very cheap but I think that food is worth... More
