We went for breakfast here before we went to the cinema. Had a fab little breakfast, also had a little look around was very please. Also had some Plymouth tea which I've never tasted before was yummy. The woman that served us was also very pleasant.

We visited this Tea room one morning for Breakfast and was delighted with the food and service. The pot of tea was large enough for two tea's and the food was excellent.

After enjoying a lovely walk through Royal William Yard, Devils Point, West Hoe down around The Barbican to Tudor Rose for a lovely fresh cooked lunch. A real delight to revisit and share with a friend. Staff pleasant and friendly, food cooked to perfection and much enjoyed by both of us. Thank you. We needed the Sutton Harbour and Southside... As we were in Devon we wished to experience an Afternoon tea with scones and clotted cream. Tudor Rose was recommended, it is in the more traditional area of Plymouth, the Barbican area, in the midst of a narrow, Elizabethan street. I was surprised how tiny the place is. It is really the ground floor of the building, the upstairs... More

Popped in our way home and luckily booked a table before we arrived as it was very busy. We had a table in a beautifully quaint room which was laid out with lovely China. The cream tea was absolutely delicious, the portions were very generous and it was reasonably priced. Worth a visit!

We always stop here for breakfast on our way to Cornwall and find everything very good. Although we have not eaten other meals the home cooked menu looks very inviting!

This is the go-to spot for an amazing afternoon tea! I have found no other place that provides you with the amount of cakes and food they do for such a low cost! If you are not an afternoon tea person they have an array of menu items to choose from. The cakes are delicious and so are the scones.
