We popped in here for something sweet on our way home from the Barbican. It was a very hot day so sat in their very pretty garden under parasols but the inside looked just as charming. I had a traditional cream tea - and they do decaff tea which was good for me (an unfortunate allergy). Other half had a... More

On the 21st of June my wife and I booked the tea gardens for our wedding reception. What a fantastic place for a small intimate dream reception. Sylvia and her wonderful friendly staff could not have been more helpful. They really made our special day even more special. We cannot thanks them enough. The evening before our wedding they stayed... More

Nice little garden, smelled of dog poo though which ruined it kinda! Friendly staff, a bit expensive though but its a popular little place with a nice atmosphere.

Sylvia opened the café an hour early especially for us cyclists so we could set off early on our "Petite Tour de Manche" and didn't complain when we arrived 15 minutes late. The food, service and café itself were excellent and I would highly recommend sitting in the garden sampling the fine food on offer.

One of Plymouth's hidden gems. Beautiful food with equally beautiful surroundings. Service is excellent. If you are visiting Plymouth or if you are a local this place is a must visit. It is child and pet family too. The cream teas are the best in the area by far. The other food is equally as good and worth every penny.

Popped in for a cup of tea and asked if we could have a cream tea to go! It was no problem at all and we enjoyed fabulous scones, cream and jam when we got back to our holiday cottage later that afternoon. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend.

Popped in for two cream teas just as a light shower passed overhead! A very nice lady took our order, and a few minutes later our pot of tea and a lovely cake stand with four scones, two pots of clotted cream and two jam pots was delivered by the now standard issue, 'mute' teenage girl. Such a shame that... More

Awesome service. Great place to relax and unwind.Homely and warm hospitality. Being a vegeterian had lots of options to pick from. Cheese and onion pasty was top of the world.

Stopped off for a tea and bap. What a Delightful surprise. We only went into the room on the left, which whilst a little small, was lovely. The breakfasts looked beautiful, not just thrown on a plate. My sausage and egg bap was great. I WILL return here for the lovely looking teacakes, and amazing looking slices of cakes real... More
