This really nice tea room in a quit little side street is really worth a visit. We found it when we took a wrong turn on a walk trough the old city. Really nice garden where you could enjoy your tea in quit surroundings.

Lovely home made food, really well cooked and presented, had lunch there, special of the day, gammon, egg, pineapple, chips and peas, delicious. Granny had fish cakes and was very pleased, a rare occurrence! Friendly helpful staff, will go again and recommend it to all.

We had a traditional cream tea with scones and tea on a beautiful late spring afternoon. The garden is a delightful place to experience a fun tradition. Friendly service!

Tucked away in the back streets of The Barbican this quaint tea room is well worth a visit. A warm welcome and friendly staff made our visits a good experience. Seating either inside or the garden if weather permits , good choice on the menu ,food very good value .We enjoyed the atmosphere here and hope to visit again.
