Beautiful location, right by the boats and view of the water. Nice interior. We waited half an hour to be seated and it took another hour for us to get our main course and the restaurant was not full. The food was delicious when we got it but it was late and we wolfed it down because we were so... More

After visiting last summer at lunch time where we were highly impressed. We decided to return this Easter for an evening meal. Therefore on Good Friday we decided at about 3pm approximately to book a table in the evening. We requested a window table where we were informed that they could not guarantee a window table , however if this... More

The first thing I noticed is that the place seems very under staffed. It took around 5 mins for someone to arrive at the door to show us to our table. The food also took a long time to arrive and the staff were rare creatures indeed. The food did actually look quite pretty, but was rather bland and lacking... More

Being local we are able to visit this restaurant off season (and enjoy their offers) our last visit was on 10 April when we enjoyed an excellent 3 course meal which was superbly cooked and well presented. Service was discreet and efficient - and we had a lovely evening - thank you

I ate here early last Friday evening and the actual restaurant is very nice with attentive staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The meal itself was a meal of two halves. I ordered the sirloin steak which was very average - not particularly tasty. The vegetables and mushrooms that came with it were good. The second half was really good. I... More

We got a voucher on the internet for half price for a 3 course Spring Menu for under £10. Amazing value. You may think the portion sizes would be scrimped on or the quality but def not. We had Chicken liver parcels as a starter, delicious. For mains I had a lovely creamy fish pie, my husband had a nice... More

This restaurant is in a fantastic location and I love the design . As a group we all enjoyed our food and the staff were very friendly but what disappointed us was how slow the service was especially as it was only midweek and the restaurant wasn't busy . Not sure what would happen if they were full .
