Been here a few times and although the view is great the service and food let them down. Decided to give it another go last weekend and they seemed to have changed the set-up and the menu and we had a lovely evening. The food was great, the service was good and they've changed the table seating so that both... More

We've been visiting this restaurant quite regularly over the last 18 months, the menu has recently changed and unfortunately so has the standards. Our table was far too close to the next table, the young couple clearly weren’t impressed either, so we moved it back ourselves. When our food arrived we asked for some Ketchup, I got a sarky comment... More

We chose the Glassblowing House for our wedding breakfast due to the beautiful setting, decor and friendly staff. The manager, Greg, was fantastic to deal with and took everything in his stride, particularly the last minute drop outs! He, along with the Head Chef, created our own special menu and this didn't disappoint on the day - everything looked and... More

We have been visiting this place for a while now and service and food is not always consistently good. The Duck was not tender as it has been on previous occasions and they still struggle to deliver a very chilled white wine. How do they manage to get the lager nicely chilled? As far as service goes, telling the customer... More

...but they ran out of Sunday Roast before 3:00pm, and had several other bits that didn't appear (like Creme-brule with shortbread... only the shortbread never arrived, even after asking the waiter where it had got to!) Prices were pretty reasonable!

Very picturesque and romantic. If you're planning to propose, take her here. Overlooking the calm harbour and the gentle sounds of the historic barbican. Food is very posh and prices are to be expected. Tranquil in the evening with candles, it is quite simply beautiful.

Wife and I had dinner here and also a family lunch. Food was great and service perfect. If you have a window seat there's a view over the harbour. First class,if in Plymouth and want to celebrate we head here.

Visited on 30 October in a group of eight but won't be rushing back. The menu seems to have changed since a visit at the start of the year and now serves a wide range of pizza, burgers and posh pub style grub rather than what I would consider restaurant style food. The food sadly was only average and we... More
