This was the 3rd time I have visited this restaurant and I was a little disappointed. We booked but found it wasn't really necessary. We were seated upstairs at a table for two and found the chairs too low for the rather wonky table. Service was slow and in fact we were there for almost an hour before our food... More

It's the third time I have visited here and the food has been good on each occasion. The service is fast, the staff are very friendly and the food is reasonably priced. The décor is a is quite unusual, it's bright with lots of different coloured lights, it makes a nice change. I'll be returning next time I'm in Plymouth.

Visited quite late after a few cheeky beers on the Barbican. Once we were seated, poppadoms and dips arrived promptly and drinks order taken. The menu is extensive, with the usual 'traditional' dishes but also a few of the chefs own signatures. The food was excellent. Well cooked and very flavoursome. I opted for the Chicken Patia Vindaloo. Very spicy... More

Myself and 3 friends visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday and we're very impressed with our meal. There is a large choice of starters and mains. There are the standard Indian dishes as well as house specials. Some of the dishes are pricey but you are paying for quality. Four of us spent £109 which included 8 poppadoms,... More

The food here is absolutely delicious and it's by far the best Indian in Plymouth. However, it is extremely expensive, costing £15 for a takeaway curry (and no, that doesn't include rice!)!! For me, that's just too much for Plymouth and more akin to London prices. For 3 of us ordering a curry and rice each plus a couple of... More

My daughter and I recently ate at this so called Indian Restaurant, absolutely rubbish, we ordered two different curries what a disappointment, not enough of anything just bland, a child could do better, naan bread was so doughy nothing was edible. Never again.

We dined here as a family - service was excellent, they couldn't do enough to help. They happily recommended dishes for us to try. Decor is a little garish - bright lights but overall a nice place to eat and must add, the bathrooms are spotless. Only real (and slight) fault was price with mains being £11.95 which I don't... I've been here a few times now and always come away happy. I highly recommend the coconut pakoras (starter). My main was the Eastern eye special curry. I wanted a bit of punishment so I asked for it to be hotter than Madras with extra garlic. It certainly was as requested!. This is a very tasty curry and goes down... More
