We ordered a cream tea & a sausage roll - despite being the only customers in I was told to get my pot of tea off the counter and collect my food (despite it being table service). The sausage roll was dry and old - goodness knows how long it had been kept warm in the heated vitrine. The scone... More

On our recent trip to Lynmouth we called into this lovely little place. Since our last visit in 2013 things have changed a bit. The menu is more extensive and there is a fish and chip take-away attached. We opted for toasted Teacakes and Tea and Cappuchino. Service is at lightening speed and the staff are very friendly and pleasant.... More

Visited this Tea Rooms on our visit to Lynmouth . The service was very quick and the owners very friendly. My husband had fish and chips and the portion was generous . I had burger and chips and that was just the same. Both were delicious. There is space to sit outside as well and a take away service. Highly... More

Do not be put off by the external appearance this tea room next to the coach/car park it serves the best scones in Lynmouth. On a cold spring afternoon the mini cream tea was excellent and very welcome. All of the scones and cakes are made by the proprietor and are excellent. The service was also very good

Good breakfast - good value. I also agree with other reviewers that the latte is very good. The cakes and scones looked nice but I was too full up with the breakfast to try. Nice friendly owner too. Seems to be a popular place with the locals, which is usually a good sign. Give it a try.

Best latte of our February holiday but cafe needed a good clean. Great location. Food looked well presented and good value for money. Seemed popular with locals too.

Came to Lynmouth for a winter break, not many places open but just about enough to keep us fed and watered. Great little Tea shop. Homemade scones tasty and very reasonable in price. Great views of the sea. Very friendly. My son loved the fresh banana milkshake!!!!!

We ate here for breakfast, I had poached eggs on toast and my partner had a bacon sandwich. It was good value for money coming in at just over £10 with drinks, which leads me to the best latte ever! Scrumy!

Out on a motorbike ride today from Plymouth and decided to head to Lynmouth. Rolled down the hill and saw a couple of other bikes parked up outside so thought we would stop. Huge pot of tea for two, reckon we got 5-6 cups each, all for £3.20, fantastic. Set us up got the ride home. Checked out the prices... More
