Had a chicken tikka salad as a main no. 15 and it was like boiled chicken with melted cheese on. The pickles that came with the poppadoms were foul one was a curried coleslaw. The diet coke was off however we did not pay for that and the once loved Kingfisher beer was not up to scratch. I've eaten my... More

Having not eaten an Indian dish for a while, it was time to visit Dana Pani, the closest Indian takeaway to us. We were not disappointed. We had one of the set menus as it wasn't a bad deal at all. It was eerily quiet and food took a little while to reach us, most likely due to it being... More

My take away lamb dish was almost half ghee oil with pretty tough lamb/mutton? The sauce texture was fatty and had an acrid chilli powder finish. So many inconsistent Indian restaurants in Exeter that really need to raise their game. Not good enough, never going back.

Simply the best tasting indian cuisine around. Food made with passion and love as opposed to straight out of a jar. Well done Prem you should be proud.

This is the nearest indian restaurant from my home. So, wanted to try their food. It was in a quiet day and I had a take away from them. They missed salad and mints with tandoori chicken that I ordered. papadom were not fresh. Tandoori chicken was not very impressive either. If they service is such in a quiet time,... More

Ordered from here for takeaway so cannot comment on the restaurant itself but the food was very poor. The two curries we ordered didn't taste like they should, even remotely, and were very watery. Not cheap either so was quite a shame. Food took a little while longer than was quoted. Staff were polite but the food just wasn't nice.... More

We used a groupon voucher and added to it- very easy, they just added the difference to the bill. The service was great; the waiter was very warm, friendly and helpful. The food was the best Indian meal I've ever had. You must try this place!

I GUARANTEE THIS WILL BE THE BEST CURRY YOU HAVE EVER HAD! The curry I had was just like the curry's I've tried at friends homes which were made by their parents etc! Great staff, that really make you feel at home! Brilliant all around! Atmosphere is a little hit and miss, purely because it is a large restaurant!

We bought a Groupon voucher given 2 courses for 2 people for £12.50, given this is so cheap our expectations weren't high. We arrived just after 6:00pm (when they open) and the place was unsurprisingly empty, so service was very attentive as a result, I must say to stick to the Groupon offer the choices are very limited and a... Having been to Dani Pani on a number if occasions before and been very pleased, the service this time was really slow. We gave up on the idea of dessert and coffee as a result. We will not be going back again. Very disappointed.
