Quiet but tasty meal

We were here with a Groupon voucher, and were very pleased. The place was quiet, as they just opened for the evening session. Food was really nice, and good service. Would be back if in the area, and do recommend it.

Had a really nice meal here. Was open later which was good as we were a bit late getting to Exeter. Service was very nice and the food was great. Portion sizes were about right too.

A wide range menu, waiters very good and the prices of everything very reasonable priced. Some of their hotter curries (Can't remember the names) are very flavoursome and are very filling. Can use Tastecard here but would go here even if i couldn't.

Gave this one another try last night and have to say found it most enjoyable, a tad on the cold side when we entered but were shown to our table by our smiley hostess. Had prawn puri and chicken tandoori as starters, fresh and tasty. Main courses were Korma and butter chicken and once again lovely sauce but bits of... More

Dispite the bad reviews me and some friends decided to try Dana Pani out and we were amazed with the quality of the food! The King Prawn's are so good from the tandoor section of the menu! Really friendly staff with really good service! If you think that this is 'bad food' then you need to go to India as... More

Ordered from here for the first time and believe me it will be my last! It took nearly two hours for my food to be delivered the time changed twice and even after the second time slot they gave me they didn't turn up until half an hour later. This wouldn't have been so bad if the food had actually... More

Great Indian with more than just the Anglo-Bengali standards available, some great Asian food here. The dosas were lovely and made a change from curry. Really friendly proprietor who seems to be trying hard to get it right. Recommended.

Had a chicken tikka salad as a main no. 15 and it was like boiled chicken with melted cheese on. The pickles that came with the poppadoms were foul one was a curried coleslaw. The diet coke was off however we did not pay for that and the once loved Kingfisher beer was not up to scratch. I've eaten my... More

Having not eaten an Indian dish for a while, it was time to visit Dana Pani, the closest Indian takeaway to us. We were not disappointed. We had one of the set menus as it wasn't a bad deal at all. It was eerily quiet and food took a little while to reach us, most likely due to it being... More
