Had lunch here with my family the other day and simply loved it. We had two children with us and the staff were very helpful and accommodating whilst sorting out high chair etc. Food is delicious and you are not kept waiting for very long. We were pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it

Wonderful large breakfast, I am fussy with how eggs and bacon cooked, and it was cooked exactly as I ordered. Nice coffee, didn't need to eat again all day. Shame served on cold plate, only thing wrong Not crowded even though it was Regatta Saturday

Restaurant is small but bustling. Good welcome and helpful waitresses. We didn't have much time to spare but got a table for 2 straight away at 1 pm on a Tuesday and had a delightful crab salad each + a local beer and cider. Would definitely recommend it for a quick lunch.

We had arrived at Dartmouth by boat from Totnes and we all just fancied good old fashioned fish and chips. This is exactly what we received - excellent fish with crispy batter, hot crispy chips - none of us wanted mushy peas and were immediately offer a salad instead, and washed down with Devonshire cider we could not have wished for... Great fish and chips - just what we needed after a long drive. Well priced wine as well to accompany it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Just need to offer normal peas as well as mushy!

We ate in, and had a fairly reasonable meal My partner had good old fish n chips with mushy peas; the fish was very fresh – nice and fluffy; and not too much batter. I had ham, egg n chips... the ham was locally sourced, and sliced rather thick for ham – it was a good 3 mm in thickness... More

We visited here on Monday lunchtime and it was busy. We were lucky to get a table. The staff were effecicent and pleasant. A good full menu which included a good choice of children's meals also. I had crab sandwiches and this came with a side salad, this was good value for money. The interior was decorated all beachy and... More
