Description: The tea room St. Ives is the only tea room in St. Ives using national award winning loose leaf teas. All our cakes, sandwiches and scones are made daily on our premises. We bake our own Gluten Free scones, cakes and tray bakes. Cream teas are our speciality, two warm scones served with the best Rodda's clotted cream, Boddington's Cornish conserve and Tregothnan Estate Cornish tea. Simply the finest combination!

I visit St Ives at least twice a year for work and this is the by far the best dinner I've ever had there. Don't let the 'Tea Room' fool you, at night it is a top quality restaurant with gorgeous views over the harbour... I can't comment on tea or cakes, but the wine was spectacular and we were... More

We hadn't stopped for lunch but a quick cup of tea and cake and to all our delight this is perfect place for cream tea and fantastic views of St Ives Harbour and the bay across to Gwithian. The scones were homemade and warm, and (as bizarrely as it sounds) the tea was some of the best I have ever... More

For gluten free people like us this is particularly brilliant but even if you can eat whatever you like, the food is excellent, the atmosphere friendly, and the location is wonderful overlooking the harbour in a quiet spot

We've been coming to St Ives every year for 4 years now, and we make sure we revisit The Tea Room every time for guaranteed excellent cream teas, brunch and light lunches which are always enjoyable and very tasty.

stopped here for a spot of lunch during the week. Mid week in December and the place was buzzing! Had the 'special' which was Cornish mackerel on toasted sourdough with a herb and tomato salsa. The tastes were amazing and the dish was very nicely presented. Be warned that portions are quite large. The staff were very friend,y. This is... More

Great location. Friendly service. Scones and clotted cream tea were good but nothing special. Good value for the money.

When the sun's out and you've got time to spare take a seat outside and just order whatever takes your fancy. It's all good, propper food and drink, made and served with love. Meet new friends too.

What a lovely little tearoom,my wife had a crab sandwich with salad garnish and I had a three cheese ploughman's. Both were beautifully presented by really friendly staff and the fact it was so busy on a November weekend speaks volumes. The cream teas are excellent and looking through the menu it all looks good, really lovely place
