We have eaten here so many times on holiday and always had amazing food and service. Today we had the Beef and ale pie along with drinks, a sandwich and a children's pizza. Great value and really good quality food. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys another 5 out of 5 service and performance many thanks again..... More

I ate here twice during my stay because I liked the food and the atmosphere and free wifi is a added bonus. The staff are very attentive, the menu is good with lots of fresh seafood and nice menu options. The tables are nicely laid out and once again you get a nice view of the beach and sea opposite.... I always like pub grub however it is always ok. You find that chips are frozen and the food is sort of the status quo. I have never had such a tasty meal in a pub, as I have tonight. The chips are fresh and so good. Without going into detail as to our order I would just like to... More

On the Friday evening we came here for a couple of drinks and decided to book a Sunday carvery for four of us. The young man that served us took our booking and although they can't guarantee for us to get a window seat he said we would (due to being on our honeymoon). Upon arriving to lunch on Sunday... Friendly and helpful staff render good service. Menu is fairly traditional pub with a couple pleasant wrinkles. Fairly priced and good food but fish and chips way too greasy!!

We ate twice at The Lifeboat Inn during a week stay in St Ives - it was so good the first time we did it again!! Very friendly service and good food - what more is there to ask for. Recommended

Visited the Lifeboat Inn on a Monday evening and will definitely return. Food was good, service was good, but did find the menu to be slightly limiting. However, this was made up for by a good specials board which consisted of the Sea Bass and linguine dish which I had. Will visit again when down in St Ives.

Came into the lifeboat on a Tuesday night so wasn't particularly busy but was almost full and we were shown to a table straight away!! The menu is brilliant, you're spoilt for choice and it's not all "typical pub food", there's a selection of stuff so everyone finds something they love. I ordered the homity pie (something my dad alwayd... More
