I found the Cornish Deli by accident. I decided to take a bus to St Ives and spend the morning exploring this beautiful place but a change in the weather on route changed my plans! I walked in the rain into town and happily discovered the Cornish Deli in Chapel Street in the centre of town. The staff were so... More

On a blustery and wet January day, this cafe was a delight: warm and friendly with delicious food and drink. The chick pea and chorizo stew was very hearty, and a cornish blue cheese and roast beef sandwich was very good, washed down with a cold cornish perry. Highly recommended.

We came across this little deli in a back street of st ives. it was pouring with rain and it seemed most of the other small cafes had closed for the winter. we walked in dripping and were given a wonderful welcome. Iced water with iced glasses on to the table then a menu where the food offered was fantastic.... More

Second visit and even better than the first, simply astonishingly good food, particularly in such a tiny place. I just had a sandwich, but what a sandwich. Rare roast beef, thickly sliced, cornish blue cheese, mustard mayo, tomato and lettuce in wonderful wholemeal bread, toasted. What an amazing combination of flavours, and what wonderful produce, tasty, locally sourced and thoughtfully... More

We visited The Cornish Deli after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I have to say, if I hadn't read the reviews I would have walked on by. The décor and general look of the deli didn't pull me in. However once we were seated the ambience of the deli was lovely. I ate the Brie and bacon omelette with granary... More

We found this lunch stop by chance having wandered for a few hours popping into the many galleries. Carrot coriander and chickpea soup , crab salad sandwich and polenta chips were yummy with a pot of tea for two ....not a cheap lunch at £27 but a nice find.
