I recently dined at The Cornish Deli and was absolutely astounded by the quality of the food. We shared a selection of tapas including scallops with samphire, big juicy mussels in cider and cream, polenta chips and mushrooms smothered in melted Cornish blue cheese; all locally sourced of course! The deli is simply adorable and the ambience makes for a... More

This is the nicest restaurant in St Ives without a shadow of a doubt! It is a tiny little place so booking might a good idea. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely evening here eating "Cornish Tapas" we enjoyed exquisite smoked salmon, mushrooms with a cornish blue cheese, tomatoes with a cornish goats cheese, pan fried chorizo squid all... I had dinner here my first night in St. Ives. I was tired and wanted a small meal, so I had the crab salad. Delicious! A few days later, I came in for lunch and had the beet and goat cheese salad. It was a substantial salad and again, very delicious. The service was good and the prices reasonable.

On our last day in St Ives, after relying on our old friend Wetherspoons to fuel us every meal time, we decided to do a bit of a trip advisor tour to broaden our cullinary horrizons. Waitor was lovely, watching him banter with the locals was really sweet, this place is obviously a popular place for tourists and locals alike.... More

Many Thanks to Mark & his team, we ate here 3 times as a family while on our holidays in St Ives & whether it be a "greedy" Dad, a "healthy" Mamma, a "fussy" Grandma or an "excited" 9 year old the challenge is to get passed the amazing Balsamic & bread, the special starters, the delicious main courses to... We just popped in here for a snack and hot drinks. My husband ordered cake and coffee and I ordered tea and a slice of toast. We were disappointed that the order did not all arrive together - my toast arrived after my husband had finished his cake. I have to say that the toast was lovely though - a... More

We decided to eat here one evening, after viewing all of the positive reviews placed by other visitors. First of all, I was very impressed with how friendly the waiter was. We were given a lovely table towards the back of the restaurant, which had a lovely ambience. The food itself was fantastic, generous portions and full of flavour! We... More
