Wonderful food - but change the name!

As a family we have eaten here for the last decade and each time the food is better – and each time we wonder why the owners don’t change or modify the name to something like “Harbour Seafood and Italian” because the food is so so much better than pizza and pasta , which they do well, but they... read more

Very very tasty food, really well cooked and they keep it simple! Have been coming here for about 5 years, maybe 3 times a year and you've guessed it, it's consistent! Consistently great and cheap..... If they put up the prices a little I would forgive them and still keep coming!

We called into this place for lunch after a great morning looking around St Ives. The place was not full and we decided to have the specials and some drinks. The service was perfect and the staff very polite and efficient. We had the Lamb Hotpot & The Salmon Fillet. This was a great choice and we both loved the... More

Very very good food, great service and the friendliest staff. Such a pity that we didn't trey it until pure last night! Big portions and a great selection of seafood.

We just walked in off the street on a very wet and windy evening in June and just thankfully managed to get the last table. We were served very quickly and decided to order from the extensive 'Specials' Board. We both chose lemon sole, which was tasty and cooked to perfection. We thought the prices were very reasonable, as the... More

Whilst away with friends we stopped of here as it was hot and wanted a drink and a snack. The food was lovely but we found a member do staff rude to us as well as their attitude to other customers querying their orders. It put us off going back

We had booked a table for 6 well in advance of staying in St Ives as I know this place gets busy. We had a great table in front of the harbour window, which was nice to watch the world go by. 2 courses each and 2 bottles of house wine, prices came to £20 each which isn't bad. All... More

Had a delicious meal tonight. Hadn't booked but got a table ok on the basis it was for a quick dinner. We had a very leisurely dinner with no pressure to leave. The stir fried squid for starter had a massive amount of squid with it. Cajun chicken tagliatelle was a little more bland. The tiramisu for dessert was a... More

OWNERS PLEASE READ My wife and l walked in at lunch time on the 3rd July, nobody noticed us waiting for a table, so l walked to the bar where the male behind the bar holding a brush a pan in his hands said, sit where you like and left us to sort it out in a semi busy restaurant.... More

Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day watching the world go by, had a unusual but very tasty Chinese duck and hoi son sauce pizza, well recommended. Waiting staff were friendly and welcoming, prices about the norm for eating around the harbour side. Worth a stop for a cuppa and snack.
