Beautiful location, good service

The dog friendly area was full at lunch time, so we returned for tea and coffee later. The drinks were good but not exceptional. Service was excellent.

The view from the cafe was an amazing backdrop for a couple of delicious meals I enjoyed during a recent stay in St Ives. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Although dining alone, I felt very comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere where everything seems to happen with a minimum of fuss. The tapas menu is full of local fresh... More

Had a fantastic meal experience in one of the booths, cubes in this excellent cafe, but it is really a restaurant. The outside booths are heated and they also provide rugs. One side is open so you can eat a meal to the sound of the waves if the tide is in and to a magnificent view if it isn't. The food is so... More

Spectacular views over the beach, friendly staff and great cream teas. Most of all, even if the weather isn't great they have sheltered booths outside with heaters so we could enjoy the views even when it was cold and raining! Perfect for when you want to get out on a bad day.

Had a lovely cream tea (although with coffee). Good food with friendly service and ideal location. Window seat inside overlooking beach worked well, as it was a windy day. However plenty of outdoor seating for those balmy English summer afternoons.

The weather was great, but this was equaled by the service and the tapas food. The covered seating areas at the far end are great for families.

We came over from Truro for the evening and decided to pop in for a coffee before we went to dinner.. However we got side tracked by the lovely tapas menu and ended up trying a couple of items with a glass of wine. The prawns were deliciously cooked and had a really beautiful flavour and the tuna was to... More

Do not fear , there was no body snatching. The pods are cabana like structures on the front deck overlooking the beach ( Porthmeor ). Have the heater turned on and the outdoor weather disappears. Friendly staff and dyn - o -mite food highlight the experience. We tried the duck confit , salad bowl ( all listed as tapas )... More

Ordering from the Tapas menu gives the opportunity to taste lots of things. W ordered mostly fish and seafood dishes plus duck. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient.
