Don't just walk past, walk in! You won't regret it

My husband took me to this lovely cafe for a brunch. We had an amazing view of the harbor on a sunny morning. The coffee is delicious and strong and the seafood is fresh and tasty! Been to this cafe a few times now and I'm never disappointed. The chowder today was beautiful! Three of my children had cheese sandwiches and my eldest had a cheese and ham olive bread panini which were all good sized portions and my (fussy) lovelies devoured them. We all had cake as they are too tempting to resist. Again, the... More

We first visited the Beachcomber at the start of our holiday for an early lunch, where i enjoyed a delicious toasted sandwich and my friend was treated to their summer salad. The food was brilliant, the service great, and what an amazing view of the harbor! My friend was desperate to try some local crab, so we decided to visit... More

Love this place. Go there every year multiple times. Lovely staff, lovely cream teas and very prompt. Fantastic home made cakes, which are nothing short of 5*. Tried most cafés in St Ives and always end up back here. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK BEACHCOMBER CAFE!

Visited with my wife in the pouring rain - again today! Our third visit in this weather. We both had the seafood chowder. Brilliant but a bit spicy! Great location friendly staff and a very reasonably priced menu. Well worth a visit.

The title says it all. Not even a friendly welcome from the staff. Not impressed. The only thing going for it is the location. Won't be visiting again.
