My husband and I visited Blas burger this weekend for lunch and had a fantastic burger. We are raving fans of this relax joint where you can't book, and you might wait 15 minutes for your food but when it arrives it is well worth it. The ingredients are all locally sourced. The beef pattie is huge and the chef... More

Loved this place, had read the reviews and wanted to try , it's just got a great atmosphere , it's not complicated just easy surroundings, sitting with people you don't know and the food is fab - really fresh tasty and delicious, lots of choice, had the beet burger , a BBQ burger and chilli burger ( not all to... Top-notch burger, with all the trimmings. Good lunchtime special on the brilliant Classic burger, which comes with chips, aoli and a decent drink. Décor a bit basic. Background music awful: the kind of sound that issues from the bedrooms of a million adenoidal, depressed teenage boys with 3-chord guitar skills.

At the bottom of a very narrow street sandwiched between a couple of art galleries, nestles a tiny restaurant than can only seat about 18 people and then only if they don’t mind sitting on benches and sharing a table. However, the food is stunning. This is how burgers should be. Flame grilled, wonderfully juicy, cooked medium rare, this sizeable... More

The mrs and I have been trying to visit all the gourmet burger places around Cornwall and Blas is by far the best in all aspects, good, quality produce and local, great customer service and an awesome atmosphere. It's the only place we really go back to. I tend to have the special burger although the mushroom one is fab,... More

YUM YUM YUM! Biggest burgers around, great quality meat and a huge selection of fillings. My usual is the chicken bacon caesar (always generous on the bacon) but this time I decided to go for something different. I had the BBQ beef burger served with lettuce, mayo, onion and tomato and of course, the best fries in town. If you're... More

Yummy locally sourced burgers. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Only draw back is it's a bit snug and very hot due to the open plan kitchen/restaurant. Will be back.

We decided to feast on these delicious burgers in our cottage (10% discount on takeaways) so phoned to pre-order but they were so busy they could not take it & asked us to try again in 30 minutes. Since we were nearby we actually ordered in person 20 minutes later but disappointingly they had run out of chicken burgers (which... More

We loved Blas - great food, quick and friendly service and nice atmosphere. We both had the Burger of the Day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is the burgers are cooked medium, so make sure you ask for it to be cooked more if you don't like pink. I usually don't like pink meat but... More

As good as the first time you had a quality steak, succulent, tasty, juicy and anything other than greasy!!! Loved the communal table set-up, was great to chat to others over a bite to eat. Have visited Cornwall for many years and never made the effort to go and visit Blas for a 'burger', but really glad we did! This... More
