Having walked the coastal road and looking for a tasty reward stopped into the Crumplehorn and enjoyed 'The Big Un' Sunday dinner which was delicious! Great selection of drinks and lovely friendly and helpful staff. Made sure we returned again before the end of our stay and another pleasant experience with a gorgeous cream tea to boot!

We enjoyed a late afternoon trip to Polperro when the hunger bug struck. Many of the "proper restaurants" hadn't opened for the evening so we made our way back up to the car park intending to drive somewhere else to eat when we happened upon this place. At first we were lured in by the thought of a cold drink... More

Had two meals over our nine day stay near Polperro, both meals were as good as last year and the atmosphere in the pub/restaurant makes the meal an even more enjoyable experience. As usual and thankfully they had the great cheesecake available Lemon & Lime this time and still excellent. If you are visiting Polperro its well worth a stop... More

I had a sandwich was Brie and cranberry and when I asked for bacon to be added that wasn't a problem, and the Missus had a hot sausage cob. Reasonable price, served promptly and beer kept well. Only saw empty plates go back. What more do you want?

The food was lovely though we were disappointed that the specials or Sunday lunch were not available, it was only 3pm. What we had was very good and the staff as always were very friendly and welcoming

Service was a quick as youd expect, nice to sit outside. Inside was a bit squashed when busy. Its not a big place. Good pub food and the beer was good too.

Me and my wife live near Polperro but rarely eat here, however with our mature son visiting from the midlands we decided to celebrate his job promotion. Booked for 7pm, no problems as a huge 'reserved' sign with my name on made sure we were in the spotlight. Order from the bar and make sure you look at the specials... More
