Character Pub, Great Grub!

Stopped here for a good pub lunch with the family. The portions were great and the prices also. The sausage and onion bap with chips was delicious. They also had a good kids menu. Would like to try the evening menu some time. The pub was full of character and it was interesting to read about the... read more

We visited several times last week to enjoy the evenings. The staff were lovely and incredibly welcoming, and the service we received from them was fantastic. The food was brilliant.

I've visited the Crumplehorn Inn the year previously and fell in love with it's charm and of course the food. So the inn was high on my list of revisits. Once again it didn't disappoint!!!! I ordered the 'Salt and Pepper Camamri' with side orders of chips. Very good portions, the batter was light and peppery, the Camamri was soft... More

We had a great family meal and the menu has a great selection, we would recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment and you will need some coinage for the car park as the pub has few spaces but chances are you will need the pay and display which is £4 for 3 hours , I have to... We had Sunday Roast. One pork and one Turkey. Plenty of meat and nice potatoes and veg. The lad waiting on did not know what crackling was, but the boss put him straight and our request was met. Quite a decent meal for the price. Seating is fairly tight, but plenty of it. Handy for access from the car park... More
