Great pub food and large outdoor seating.

The Crumplehorn Inn is the nearest pub to the bus stop in Polperro. Another very old fashioned pub with friendly staff. The fisherman's platter was amazing! My wife enjoyed the macaroni cheese. The sticky toffee pudding was too dry and needed toffee sauce. It's a great place for families and it's... read more

Popped in for tea as looked good as we walked past in the afternoon was advised to book at night as busy when we arrived was not that busy which is fine one of our party was gluten free and opted for the beef stroganoff when arrived was a more like green curry had no taste of the Diane sauce... It's a great place for families and it's also dog friendly.

Excellent pub food but with no car parking you are forced to use the main Polperro car park which at £4 to stay 1 hour in the evening is unreasonable.

Visited in June for lunch. Initially attracted by the waterwheel and mill, and decided to take lunch outside. Drinks were purchased from the bar, and choices of food selected from extensive menu. Although the pub was very busy, food arrived quite quickly and was well presented and served. Proved to be delicious. Although it was vey busy, there was no... More

A nice enough pub with a reasonable menu, let down by very slow service, which almot resulted in our almost missing the return bus to Looe. Food was typical pub fayre. Sandwiches were cut a bit too thick. Not quite door stop, but getting that way...

Off the bus(!) or out of the car park this is the first place you see. Large outside area which was a nice mixture of sunny spots and shade. Lunch time we had huge prawn sandwiches with a lovely salad garnish and crisps. All well priced. Not a fan of the Tintagel beer, obviously a personal taste, but nice to... More
