Very good restaurant. Very nice staff. Food good. In a very very nice little place. You could have dinner in or outside. In polperro cars not allowed but ample parking space nearby. And there is a horse drawn carriage available when you visit Polperro you must have dinner here and the village is very very beautifull

Just read the review on sunday lunch and really can't believe anyone could not be 1000% delighted with the food and the friendly service. We have been holidaying in Polperro for many years and always eat at the Polmary both on sundays and during the week, the food is a delight and the friendly service makes for a happy experience.... We always make time to go to this restaurant whenever we go to Polperro, Both the food and service are very good indeed and when you see the locals eating their Sunday lunch here, you know you've chosen the best place. Over the years, we have never had a disappointing meal here. Look out for the new shocking pink parasols... More

Recently stopped off at the Polmary for a meal and drinks with my partner and family. We have been here previously and can strongly recommend the standard of food and the friendly service. Especially nice to eat out on the patio on a nice sunny day. Prices are reasonable and all food is home made and delicious - not the... More

We very nearly missed the treat of eating at the Polmary Restaurant.........as had headed somewhere else, that somewhere else had unfriendly staff who seemed to have a crisis on their hands at the time, lack of staff, and enduring a smashing time with bottles, the cracks already showing under the pressure of insufficient staff and helpings, they advised us what... I have absolutely no negatives about thus restaurant, other than the fact we didnt find it till the last day of our holiday. Food was amazing, and portion sizes generous. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

5 of us popped in for an early lunch yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Linda our waitress was lovely and accommodating. All 3 kids found something they liked and each plate was emptied. The thick cut ham was delicious and the eggs cooked perfectly. We would go back again without question. It does not cater for foodies, but... More

We have been going to the Polmary restaurant for years. It is a quirky little restaurant and great to sit there even for coffee's or meals. Their roast dinner on a Sunday is to die for. My favourite meal there has to be the fish pie. It is so full of fish and prawns and the mash on top is... More
