We arrived in Penzance lunchtime and stumbled across this delightful place. Being a sunny day we were shown to the outdoor seating. Lovely and quite a sun trap on a sunny day. We just had a sandwich and coffee but was lovely and filling. Limited but good menu and all made to order. Certainly better than the chain guys.

Situated in Market Jew Street, the main shopping street in Penzance, this Bistro style coffee shop has a really good selection of great coffees, lovely soup, and sandwiches made to order. Very nice atmosphere inside and some outside seating which is very smarlty done. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff are friendly and efficient. We will... More

We visited this lovely little cafe on a recent trip to Cornwall - and were met with a very warm welcome from the owners; Donna and Kurt. They were super friendly and it was easy to see why the locals loved going there - great coffee, nice atmosphere and a really pretty little garden terrace out the back, unfortunately a... More

Had Americano coffees here today, which were excellent. Such a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely to have a really good non chain coffee shop like this in Penzance. Didn't have food but the selection on offer sounded good at sensible prices too. The proprietors really deserve to succeed in this new venture. Thank you and all the best.... More

I am an avid coffee fan and Espresso Culture offers a superb range of coffee that is expertly made and a joy to experience. I cannot rate this place enough and as a local I highly recommend it to all. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed with a lovely garden to enjoy good weather (when we have it) and... More

Having nipped into Penzance, we decided to have a coffee but decided to give the high street chains a miss. We found the Espresso Culture and thought we'd give it a try. The coffee was good, being better than the chains. We also decided to have a quick bite to eat. The menu is fairly limited but don't look on... More

My wife and I stopped in after a long, tiring day of sightseeing and were greeted warmly by the owner. We both had an americano (best coffee we've had in England!) accompanied by a fantastic piece of chocolate cake. We were told they don't do their own baking, but the cake was wonderful. We returned the next day, ordered coffee... More
