Great paninis and a fine selection of local beers

Had an order of 2x cheese, ham and pineapple panini and a turkey, stuffing and cranberry panini. Excellent taste, and served quickly. Cappuccino was 'the best ever' according to one of my group. Recommend without reservation. Staff very friendly- thank you.

I usually get a pasty for my lunch at Drecklys which is locally made and a very good pasty. My wife and i had a cream tea today and as my wife dosen`t drink tea they made her a cup of coffee instead. The staff were polite and friendly as usual. The scones were home made and very tasty and... More

I visited yesterday for lunch & had lovely panini. When we arrived we were informed there was at least a 25 minute wait for food which was fine so we sat with our drinks & watched the world go by. I did notice that the table next to us were tutting a lot & when their sandwich arrived they threw... More

Just had a cream tea for two and a pasty today. Got the tea in 15 minutes and waited a further 30 minutes for the rest. The pasty was tasteless rubbish and I've never seen a smaller scone. £11.50 wasted! We only went because they had a loo! The name certainly lives up to the Cornish meaning of Dreckly!

Great coffee and friendly staff! Best coffee I have had this holiday. Fantastic place to sit and take a break for lunch with a really good panini. And did I mention the coffee.....

We were recently in Penzance during the Golowan festival. After wandering around the festivities for the afternoon we decided to stop at Drecklys and get my four year old an ice cream. We also wanted a couple of pasties and coffee for ourselves. After purchasing the ice cream, we were told we would need to go inside for the pasties.... More

Popped in to ask if they had gluten free bread but as with most places the answer was no. Upon leaving a customer said they serve the best coffee around. I returned half hour later, with my own bread! No problem with using my bread and I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. Crammed with bacon and scrabbled egg it... More

We have visited Drecklys on a number of occasions over the last two years, for drinks, snack lunches and evening meals. The food has always been good and the service excellent. From the very first visit we were made to feel totally at home and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent. Highly recommended.

We visited at least 8 food places in Cornwall and I would rate this as the lowest for my stay. Simple things like the out of the packet coleslaw made the ploughman's lunch basic.

Just stopped here for a quick refresh. Coffee and teas. The tea was real tea, leaves and all and the coffee was pretty good too. The place looked really nice and the staff seemed very friendly.
