I have been to little India a lot over the past 6/7 years and has always been a delight, great food, good friendly service and bring your own alcohol.BUT unfortunately although the food is still good the service let it down.It must have had a big change around of staff as i didnt recognise any.The service was unfriendly and when taking our... Having had a take away from here before and having had missing items before I nevertheless thought I'd give them a second go, more fool me. I ordered a tandoori mixed grill and a portion of samosa. Leaving aside the fact that my samosas were two tiny little samosas gone in one mouthful at the cost o £2.49 (rip off),... More

We visited here after searching reviews on trip advisor & this looked to be the best reviewed Indian in the area. We booked a table for 6 plus a child. The decor was nice & we sat down the read the menu only to open the 1st page & see a disclaimer of every customer must order a main! 2... More

My companion and I were recommend to this restaurant and were not disappointed, it was very good indeed. Located in down town Penzance and despite it being a Friday evening we just turned up and luckily a table for two was found in the busy and cosy interior . Rather than trawl through the menu suffice to say the dishes... More

Walked from Marazion for something different to eat the usual restaurants just don't be put off by the outside, the food is good and tasty, enjoyed the meal very much.

Still probably the best Indian in Penzance, but has been a bit off the boil recently. The prices are creeping up too and the bill is quite high even without the alcoholic drinks which of course is BYO. I am sure it will try harder in order to retain its good reputation

Don't be fooled by the narrowness of the entrance. The restaurant is far bigger than it appears. Attentive staff, great cuisine and you need to take your own drinks as there is no alcohol licence.

I ordered a take away over the phone. Even after the phonecall I felt reassured that I would not be losing another thirty £30 (for 2) on another hopeless wreck of an Indian restaurant. The guy on the phone asked to repeat my order back to me, and told me how much it would be, (generally very informative) as I... More

The street cred is not encouraging but once through Little India's doors you will be pleasantly surprised by the tasteful and interesting décor. The food was excellent, the service could not be bettered, quietly efficient, no hovering! A word of warning! Portions are generous. This being our first time we were not prepared for the amount of food and started... More
