Indian?

If you think you will get true Indian food, forget it, but don't be disappointed. They call it The Spice Cuisine, and that is what it is. Lovely food, freshly cooked with spices. We came to this restaurant as we were told it was the best one in Penzance! Well if that's the best maybe we'll give Indian meals a miss! The food was decidedly average at best. Poor meat content in the dishes and what was there was dry &a tough. The dishes were full of onions for bulk and very little... More

Fifth time I've been in here, on my frequent visits from London. The food is always fantastic, whatever I choose, and the guys are really friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Not much more to say really!

We Love little india! One of our favourite reaosns being that you can bring your own alchohol to drink with your meal. This helps to amke a trip to Little India VERY reasonable in price. We have visited on several occasions and always found the staff to be helpful and polite, even when we have stayed pretty late in a... More

We have eaten here many times, we live locally and the food is the best around, with only one other curry house coming near to this in food quality. We had booked a table for eight and were assured that as we were getting there for 7pm we had the table until 9pm. We booked our cab accordingly. The restaurant... More

We have visited Little India twice now, about four years apart, and have found it to be of a very high standard both times (and we eat a lot of curry!). Because it is unlicensed, I would suggest a little improvement on the service front: many unlicensed restaurants have an empty fridge to keep visitors' beer chilled. There's nothing worse... More

I've found this little restaurant during my holidays. Apparently that was the only place that serves food after 9pm in Penzance. Didn't expect too much but I was pleased to have a great dinner. The food was very tasty and staff were so friendly to make the right choice. The only disadvantage was that they don't serve the alcohol but... More

We have been here four times now since discovering it whilst on holiday a couple of years ago. ( we live 350 miles away) . Each time we have visited the area we have looked forward to visiting again and we have been really pleased with the food. So tasty! If you are in the area...... Do pay this restaurant... More

We went as a family of four adults and did not reaLise it was unlicensed until we were sat down eating our poppadums! But that was fine. My dad had to have a water instead! We enjoyed the food! I had prawn pathia which was tasty and my mum had a tikka masala! The staff were ok but seemed to... More
