I found Fresh Restaurant on tripadvisor before visiting Newquay early May. I was 100% satisfied with this find! The food, menu choice and staff we're all fantastic. My husband had a very generous portion of duck which was cooked to perfection whilst i enjoyed local baked cod! I would definately visit again if we go back to Newquay.

staff here are very friendly and accomodating, as is the menu. Nothing here is to much trouble. the food is always fresh and very tasty. Drinks are also good value as they dont over charge unlke some. Try it, you wont be dissapointed.

This was a pleasantly surprising little find. Family friendly with a bit of class. The food was beautifully cooked and delicious. The staff friendly and attentive, creating a really pleasant start to the evening. The lunch menu looked equally enticing. Well worth a look. I don't think you would be disappointed.

I love it in fresh and go there everytime I'm in Newquay! Last time I had chicken curry from their lunch menu... It was bursting with flavour and great value for money!
