Awesome everything

I have no idea what the few negative reviews are on about. The service was perfect and prompt, the food we had for lunch (sarnies and toasties) was delicious, and the cakes...... Wow.!!! Definitely be returning here on our next visit to Newquay 😃

I was in Newquay on business and had a little time to waste so I stopped here for coffee and cake. It proved to be a good choice, as they served what must have been one of the biggest and best slices of Black Forest gateau I've ever had!

Went into Newquay for a cream Tea and stumbled on Paulines, the team room is upstairs and was impressed that you got two scones with clotted cream and jam with pot of tea for under £5. It seemed a shame to waste the cream so we ate it all! You must visit. They also do a take a way version... More

This little tea shop doesn't look much from the outside and the decor is a little dated, but they did the best scones I've ever tasted. The place was packed when we arrived but we only waited a couple of minutes for a table. Portions were big, we had a pot of tea and 2 scones each with clotted cream... More

Paulines cafe is a great place to go for lunch or maybe just for a treat. The portion sizes are out of this world specially for the price.

We enjoyed our visit, good service and very large portions of cake, definitely need to walk it off afterwards! Even though the portions were large, they were also good quality, will definitely visit again.

Visit Newquay every year and always go to Pauline's for the chocolate fudge cake! Absolutely delicious, as a slice or even tempting for a whole cake!

We got the last table at around 1.30, friendly waiter and an extensive range of sarnie so and pasties. Leave room for home made cakes, great value.
