Speedy good value lunch

We got the last table at around 1.30, friendly waiter and an extensive range of sarnie so and pasties. Leave room for home made cakes, great value.

My family and I had very good Cornish Cream Teas in the upstairs Cafe and we were even offered extra Jam and Cornish Cream. It seems to be extremely popular judging by the fact that we had the last table available and there were people queuing as we left. The cream cakes on offer in the shop were unbelievable.

We have used Pauline's many times before and it's always good. The cakes are amazing (they are a meal in themselves!) you get what you pay for here.

My wife and I have been regular visitors to Paulines for many years. The food is always fresh and the deserts excellent (so i am told!). This is a business of two halves with the ground floor take-away and tea room on the first floor. A family run business which employs local youngsters (well, they all look young to me).... More

Yummy cakes, you are hooked as you walk by the window and the cakes look at you, once you look you have to buy as they do taste as good as they look, nice friendly service. A must visit

Went for a day out in Newquay while we were staying in St Ives. We came across Pauline's while having a look round saw the cakes in the window had to buy to try. Cakes were beauuutiful wish they delivered in Leeds.

Huge portions, we really enjoyed the cream teas. Reasonable prices. The only niggle was trying to get the attention of the staff to take the order and take payment. Would return if in the area again.

I called Pauline's Creamery the day of my son's birthday (nothing like total last minute) to see if they could deliver a chocolate cake to my son who was working in Newquay. I spoke to the owner and inspite of the fact I had left it totally until the last minute and she was very busy with getting orders ready... More
