Love Irie, will be so sad to see it go :( Canadian breakkie - pancakes with bacon and maple syrup is so good but beware its addidctive lol. They have the best, friendly staff, Kate is a diamond! The milkshakes and smoothies are also so good, so refreshing in the summer sun!!

Only had lunch once. Friendly, value middling but good value food. An entirely jolly experience. Came away feeling like we'd had an unexpected lift and successful meal. Imagine it might get a bit flat in winter but who knows. The bustle was an important feature.

We nipped into this place for a bit of a chill as we had just driven for almost 7 hours and wanted somewhere to just sit and relax and this was definitely the place for that. Like one of the reviewers on here has pointed out, the place isn't cheap but it has a lovely chilled out atmosphere, in fact... More

This place is just a little bit different to your normal cafe. It's very quirky/funky. A bit hippy-ish and alot of fun. There is an extensive menu and you won't struggle to find something to eat here. Our kids loved it.

Visited here a few weeks ago and although the food was above average, the service was slow and wasn't in any way cheap. 2 Large breakfasts and 1 Beans on toast, along with 2 coffee's and one apple juice all came to over £30 which was a bit of a shock! Lovely waiters and waitresses but they just weren't completely... More

Thank you for you review. We were very surprised by it here at cafe Irie as we pride ourselves on great food with good value. Upon investigation we have realised that you were actually overcharged by mistake for your meal as it should have been around £25. We wish that you raised this at the time as a refund would... More

I have been going to irie for years and it's one of the most amazing atmospheres so chilled out and (groovy is the only other word that comes to mind) the selection of fresh juices and smoothies is unreal and the ginger beer and mango is one I would recommend if your a ginger lover. Also the flat white coffee... More

Having read the negative reviews about the slow service, we might have been lucky in that the upstairs was completely empty and we were served within a very reasonable time. It was great having the place to ourselves, and the food was excellent - we had a Greek salad and lentil burgers with wedges. The boho décor really appealed to... More
