Great for a walk and drinks

Plenty of outside seating means this is a great stop off when walking with the dog. Nice beer and views. Food quiet expensive and not a great range of veggie options, but it has been done out nicely since the fire of a few years ago. Also, by walking you avoid the bottle neck of parking which... read more

Tranquil setting, excellent food. Faultless staff. Exquisite and worth the journey down the windy lanes.

I have often visited the pub when camping with friends close by. The top quality local produce that goes into the food and drink makes it exceptional. The staff are very friendly and the stunning creek side location make it very popular with locals and tourists alike. Amazing to think that just a few years ago the pub was engulfed... More

one of my most favorite places on the earth to have lunch - especially if you arrive by boat Wonderful food - Great " amazon and Swallows " atmosphere. Just cant beat it on a warm sunny day failing that - book upstairs - ideal for that illusive proposal!

The Pandora is gorgeous. We went recently for Sunday lunch and although I'm not a fan of carveries, I thought the meal was really great, as did my partner. Service was great and as always, the views are spectacular, in rain or shine!

Ate at lunchtime from the bar menu. Food was excellent a good steak and an excellent venison stew. Prompt service. Prices a little more than average but you are paying for the location! Parking OK at this time of year, unlike the summer when you can face a long walk from where you can park your car.

Had a fabulous lunch in a lovely atmosphere with a roaring fire. I had mussels that were in an amazing sauce and the sandwiches and jacket potatoes were full to bursting. Will definitely return.

We visited at lunchtime having been to nearby Trebah Gardens. There was a reasonable trade considering the time of year which in itself speaks volumes considering this fabulous 13th century inn is on the waters edge at the end of a country lane. I had the fish n chips which was well presented and a sizeable portion and my friend... More

The Pandora was a lovely, spacious family pub located on the sea front with fabulous views. After hearing only good things about the food it did not disappoint. For a tuesday lunchtime the pub was a nice kind of busy which added to the atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly, also happy to help answer any questions we had... More

The carvery at the Pandora in was excellent, the meat we had was loin of pork with seasonal vegatbles, all the food was well cooked and hot, my good lady also had the cheese cake from the specials available on the day, it was absolutely delicious. When we asked for a glass of wine we were offered several to choose... More

Thank you for reviewing us on trip advisor and for your positive comments. Our Sunday carvery is very popular and we ensure that we source as much as possible locally. Our chefs also make all the desserts we sell including the ice cream! Our wine list has recently won two awards and as you mention, features a very good 'by... More
