There is nothing better on a summers day than sitting on the pontoons floating on the water with a pint while the children go crab lining with visiting boats mooring along side. The beer is always excellent, the tapas board delicious to share, (all local produce) a great whisky menu and lovely sloe boat cocktails. This is the life. I... More

Well worth the drive through the lanes. Stunning location - everything a riverside restaurant should be. The menu offered something for every taste and all made with local ingredients. Lovely and knowledgable staff who went out of their way to make it a very special evening for a very special lady! Thank you everyone at The Pandora. We'll be back!

If you can, this is somewhere to visit when others are at work as it can be a bit congested and parking is at a premium, but the place has a great atmosphere, with lots of cosy nooks and crannies, great views out across the water, a variety of good beer and some imaginative food. Beware - the sandwiches are... More

A fantastic meal for my wife's birthday. We took our dogs in and they were made most welcome. The food was fantastic, the service equally as good and the sunshine just made it.Beef bourguignon was melt in your mouth, the Banoffee Pie and Bread & Butter Pudding can be thoroughly recommended

Food very good. Views are superb. If taking children then take spare clothes and fishing net. Fantastic fun, check tide times first

Beautiful thatched pub right on the river with plenty of outside seating, cosy pub and restaurant. We went on a chilly winters day to be greeted by roaring log fires and a smile. Good family pub, children and dogs are welcome!

A lovely pub on the waterside, with friendly and helpful service and good cooking, as well as a decent selection of wines, good bitter and sensible prices.

Having visited this pub many times over the last few years, it's still very much a true gem in a stunning location. Situated on the banks of the Falmouth estuary, you can choose to sit either inside the pub with lovely log fires or outside as we did today despite it being March and a slightly cold wind blowing. A time spent with friends relaxing at the Captains Table. Lots of choice, the traditional roast dinner went down a treat. Little disappointed with the choice of desert, the ice cream sadly didn't live up to expectation. Friendly, prompt service. Busy place booking essential.

Thank you for your review and for your positive comments and please accept our apologies that our homemade ice cream didn't meet your expectation - hopefully on your next visit one of our other homemade desserts will hit the mark. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. More
