Came for lunch and had the fish pie, it was beautiful and piping hot. My wife had the steak sandwich with caramelised onions and blue cheese, she was not disappointed. Do visit if you are staying in the area. Relax, let the world go by and enjoy the river views..

I went for lunch with my family, then went for a really lovely walk in the surrounding areas, before coming back for a drink outside. Even though it was pretty cold, being able to sit out on the pier was really enjoyable. I had battered fish and chips, the batter was perfectly cooked and would love that meal again.

hank you for taking the time to share your positive experiences of the Pandora Inn. Our outside areas including the pontoon stretching out into the creek are one of our unique selling points and we are glad that despite the onset of the cooler and wetter weather conditions you were able to enjoy them. Fish and chips remains as always... More

Sunday lunch here in October, we missed the carvery and several other options as we were pretty late arriving to eat but what we did have was excellent, the staff all busy but friendly and the setting on the jetty was a delight, a very popular place with the locals always a good indicator.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and for your positive comments. Our popular Sunday carvery starts at noon and we run it until we sell out but our full menu and daily specials run alongside the carvery so hopefully, as you say, there are lots of nice things to choose from. It is also nice to read... More

On the upside the location is superb and the food was fine. However the staff are all very young and lack the experience to know when and when not to interupt you when your eating your food. The young waiter came to our table twice while we were eating to see if everything was ok, once whilst we had our... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us and we are very sorry that the enthusiastic waiter took the shine off your experience but we are delighted that you enjoyed the location and the food. We have already used your feedback in a staff training session. I think the layout of the Pandora probably conspired against us on this... More

Have been going to Pandora's Inn now for about 11 years and had not been for a while and again had a wonderful meal. I took my Dad whilst on holiday and we sat outside on the jetty and we both had the burger and chips. The outside space at Pandora's is so unique, but the inside is just as... More

Thank you for your review and your positive feedback. The setting of the Pandora is very special but at this time of year it is not always possible to use the outside space so we are delighted that you like the inside as well! With open fires, candles, period colours, antique prints and maritime memorabilia in abundance it is well... More

Went for lunch and could not fault our two 'lite bite' meals well presented with great taste and ingredients. Would go again in a flash. Prices not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Sometimes you stumble across a gem. The locals know it's there, savvy holidaymakers know it's there. And now we do. Sitting by a roaring fire in Pandora Inn, eating delicious carclew pheasant in red wine jus served by charming staff ... well, what else needs to be said. Except perhaps that parking can be a little tricky - so you... More
