My hubby and I visited for a weekday lunch and although residents in the area this is the first time we have been to the Pandora Inn and it certainly won't be the last. The Inn is lovely very traditional warm and cosy with log fires burning on a cold January day. The food was delicious and the staff friendly... More

Last reviewed the Pandora in July 2014 in the height of its busy summer period, so on the off chance we 'popped' in for lunch on a Tueday at the end of January. No surprise that everyone was indoors eating, but then the pub itself is as very warm and friendly environment. I had a 'Pandora' burger and my wife... More

Everything about the Pandora Inn is professional. There is a warm and efficient welcome; a good selection of local beers and gins; a varied menu which doesn’t suffer from too many dishes and a lovely ambience. Tables are arranged around different rooms and for the hardy there are outside tables overlooking the estuary. Not in January! The food arrives in... More

A great pub set in the Cornish countryside, great views and by the water. We ate upstairs and enjoyed a wonderful carvery, with good value kids meals as well. Downstairs had roaring fires and was a lot busier. Thoroughly recommend, staff were very friendly, booking essential for Sunday lunch.

We went for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised with how extensive the menu was for a pub. The quality of our food was just amazing as was the presentation. We have eaten in many fine dining establishments all over the world and our lunch at the pandora inn was as good as any meal we've had! The service was... More

A very popular destination. Parking is tricky, but not impossible. The food is good, but beware of the wait, particularly during the summer. It's not outrageous, but don't expect fast food type service. But then again the food is not like fast food, far from it. It gets rammed with tourists, and understandably so. The sunday carvery is truly excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and for your positive comments. We were in the area on business and were recommended to have lunch here. The setting appealed and did not disappoint as we drove down the lane with a lovely view of the creek in front of us. As we entered the pub we found a maze of little rooms and all the seats were occupied. But by the ti... More

This is a favourite of mine and have visited on several occasions. A stunning view with plenty of outside seating for the warmer months and a nice cosy traditional pub with open fires when the weather is not so great. it is very popular and you should aim to arrive by 12 to get a seat, I think they take... Thank you for taking the time to review us on trip advisor and for your positive comments. You are correct we do take reservations for the upstairs dining room where we do table service but the downstairs is more traditional pub style and we don't reserve tables here unless there is a specific access requirement. We visited The Pandora and it still remains brilliant. We had fresh home made soup, followed by a variety of main dishes all of which were very tasty. The setting even in winter is just as amazing as in the summer. Highly recommended place to visit if you are in Cornwall.

Thank you for taking the time to review us on trip advisor and for your positive comments. We are often thought of as a summer pub because of our unrivalled location and outside eating but as you say the interior is fabulous to and with our open fires a great place to while away and hour or two!
