Fantastic as ever!

This has become a 'must visit' venue for us for dinner whenever we visit Cornwall. This time we reserved a table beforehand (recommended) and ate upstairs, which was peaceful. Then we repaired downstairs for more atmosphere and a drink outside on the estuary-side. Great staff, lovely food.

Arrived at 10.30 when they opened and had coffee. A beautiful day and by 11 am the place was buzzing. The menu looked great so decided to sit in the sun and have lunch. It was very busy outside so as our dogs were getting a bit hot decided to move inside where we had the downstairs to ourselves. Excellent... More

Brilliant waterside location, thatched and flagstoned pub, delicious fresh food, reasonably priced, what's not to like? I had one of the best burger's I've ever eaten and the two dishes of bouillbase and the sole fillet specials were also exceptionally good.

Great meal, great service even though the Inn was busy. The food was excellent and very tasty. Found a table easily even on a Friday night.

We absolutely love this place and visit every time we holiday in Cornwall. We used to live here 10 years ago but it's improved a lot since then. Stunning location, delicious food (they've obviously got a very good chef here), great service, and it's consistently good; we visited 3 times during our last visit to Cornwall in 2013 and 3... Character pub with thatched roof and original rustic features, plus outside eating and views of the creek. Good food and service. Prices slightly on the high side but worth a visit for a drink or meal.

The pub is situated in a wonderful position on Restronguet Creek, a few miles off the A39. A pontoon with wooden benches runs down into the creek, with magnificent views when the tide is in. The pub itself is an attractive old building with exposed beams wooden floors and wooden tables. Dogs are allowed anywhere downstairs and outside, but not... More

A deserving magnet for visitors, hence possible occasional difficulty with parking and operational noted by other reviewers. We visited mid week, lunchtime, out of season so our experience was potentially the best time, and it certainly turned out to be such. Ample portions seems to be the way of things, and our meals were no exception. Good food, well presented... More

WOW! Not many places like this anymore. Has its own little jetty where you can get a water taxi if you need to. Fresh fish was delicious and they have such a good selection of drinks. Loved the golden post box and nostalgic feel inside. Lots of customers had bought their dog in the pub with them so furry friends... More

We had been to the Pandora on several occasions, taking a drink outside by the river. This time we booked in the restaurant for a meal. Guess we were down a little because of the atrocious rain on the evening of our visit so we were ready for a good evening meal and drink. The bar downstairs is very low... More
