Sit in garden at back for great views

We looked for somewhere that could easily accommodate ten plus folk without booking. Most other places were very busy (Tall Ships - of course) so we chanced upon this with some advice from a local. We sat in the garden and put several tables together and ordered all kinds of food from cream teas to... read more

Every year I holiday in Cornwall, and every year since discovering it, I visit this place. It has also been known as the lemon grove and hang ten, but the name is all that's ever changed. The food is always delicious, with plenty of healthy options, fresh seafood, home made cake and a proper vegetarian menu. The decor inside adds... More

I really wouldn't bother wasting your time here. We waited forever to be served and once we were our food took 40 minutes and we only ordered 2 main courses. It wasn't particularly busy so I have no idea why it took so long. The view is nice overlooking the bay but it is tatty inside, In need of some... More

Nick Letherbarrow reviewed Hang Ten Falmouth. 23 mins ·  ★☆☆☆☆ Awful ! We ordered 3 full breakfasts and had to pay cash when orfered, no other option, we sat outside and whilst the drinks arrived fairly quickly no sign of food, managed to ask the waitress when she eventually came near our table after 40mins 'on its way' with no... Bitterly disappointed to see this once vibrant and quirky eaterie under careless New management and renamed Hang Ten. Wanted ages for a very poor and overpriced mackerel nicoise , served without even the slightest bonhomie. Will not return. Sad.

Called in here for a late breakfast well we were in Falmouth. We sat inside with a beautiful view over the harbour and towards St Maws through the window. The breakfast was well cooked and very tasty. The hash browns were great. We didn’t get a choice of toast which was a little disappointing. My partner had the vegetarian Breakfast... More

May be the day we popped in for lunch they were having a bad day as many reviews have been good, but we found the service disappointingly slow. The food was good when it finally arrived, albeit the order was not 100% right. The last thing that left a feeling of less than prefect customer service was when we went... More

Ordered breakfasts, they arrived, but lacked 2 items they should have come with. Didn't get asked which toast we wanted. Also asked 2 different members of staff for water, it never made it to us. We ordered 2 kids meals of chicken nuggets, chips and beans. Everything was only slightly warm. The nuggets were terrible, I would rather eat Macdonalds... More

Found this place by pure luck whilst walking through Falmouth, Just a small frontage, but there is a garden at the rear that over looks the Quay. Great food - large portions. would definitely go back again.

Ordered the sharing platter - had everything we fancied and like on it. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the seats by the windows have a great view
