Description: Dolly’s is a tea room and wine bar in the centre of Falmouth which opened in July 2011 in one of the most beautiful rooms in town. During the day it is a traditional tea room serving illy coffee, teapigs, cream teas and cakes. It then transforms in the evening to a candlelit wine bar serving delicious tapas, wine by the glass, jug and bottle. Cocktails are served in teapots and poured into vintage teacups with ice cubes in sugar bowls. Furnished with chapel chairs and reclaimed tables it has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. It is also dog friendly and Hebe, Dolly’s yellow Labrador, is a permanent fixture.

Tucked upstairs above the main street in Falmouth, Dolly's is a real treat. The decor is Granny Chic and it feels as if you have stepped back in time (but in a very cool way). The Team are so welcoming and friendly, especially Hebe, the pearl wearing labrador (yes, Dolly's is dog friendly). During the day, its the perfect place... More

Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. It's a great place to meet up with friends and to relax. Cakes are great. I have previously enjoyed an evenings entertainment (40's) too. The food was delicious and we were well looked after.

Totally different from the other coffee shops in Falmouth - large upstairs room, battered old furniture - aiming at a "traditional" feel. coffee is good and cakes are fine Room can be a bit empty early on Service good

Dollys' is without doubt the finest gin palace in Cornwall, possibly the world. Fantastic atmosphere, great music, fab staff, superb gin. It's heaven. Yet to taste the food but heading down next Sat for high tea and champagne. FTW!

We had great expectations and were bitterly disappointed. When we arrived the waitress showed us to a table and said she would clean it and clear the crumbs from it. The layout of the tables was nothing close to the lovely pictures on the website but that's not a major issue We ordered some food and said we would have... More

Really liked the ambience and retro vibe. Great music. Bit disappointed in the food. The croque monsieur wasn't, it was a toasted sandwich but a nice one. Husbands turkey sandwich was processed meat! Shame because we really like the place and the drinks were lovely. Wont eat there again but will drop in for a drink.

I've been looking forward to Miss Dollys for quite some time. Some friends had been there for a hen party and loved it...and I'd heard great reviews for the cocktails. So, with great anticipation and a big smile on my face I walked in with two friends...only to be met by a sullen waitress who barely could be bothered to... More

We stumbled across Dollys while visiting my son at uni for the weekend. We could have easily missed the doorway along the High Street advertising their menu but so glad we spotted it. We slipped in for just a g&t and found it an absolute delight, with quirky 1940s style decor and vintage paraphinalia. We were greeted with friendly staff... More

Went for dinner, had just a few plates from the mezze selection, more than enough for a light dinner, exquisite gin served in fine glasses. Cant go wrong.
