I really like the Boathouse - great pub and great location, wonderful sea views. We had never been for Sunday lunch but thought we would try it out. For £12/person for one main course plate it seemed expensive but we hoped it would be special. The veg selection was very good and a full plate, but it was let down... More

We have had two great meals here this week. Beautifully cooked fresh fish and brilliant burgers on the Friday night. We have finally managed to be here on a Sunday and were able to indulge in a Sunday Lunch, which was as good as we had hoped for - if not better! Then last night we tested their new Prosecco... The Boathouse is one of my favourites as v near me, it's always been really good, they don't muck about with enormous menus - they have a blackboard that changes every day to keep it all fresh ideas-wise. Lately though, I had one of the best meals I've had in forever, a delicious gurnard fillet dish that made you want... More

So much nicer inside than anticipated. A limited but very nice menu, and the food was very good. Fabulous views, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. I'd be happy if this was my local!

What a little gem!! We visited on a recommendation from friends and I am so glad we did! Good beer, excellent food and stunning views in a traditional pub setting. Highly recommended.

It didn't seem like there was a great deal of choice on the menu so we chose the burger and, believe me, it was AMAZING. Service was good and the views were amazing. Only complaint is the boss supports Tottenham but apart from that, all good :P I would definitely go back.

We owe our excellent visit to the Boathouse to the recommendation from the man in the paper shop, otherwise we would have stuck with one of the many eateries in the centre of Falmouth. Instead we walked up the High Street past the many independent shops and kept going til we came to the Boathouse. On arrival we were unsure... More

We went last night for an informal pub meal. Good music on the pa, delicious local beer and the fish dishes were tasty. Chips were good too. Would like to go again.

About twenty of us descended on the Boathouse to celebrate a wedding and watch the Six Nations rugby on March 21st. We really lucked out when found this boozer, great staff, the locals were very welcoming plus excellent beer and food. If you want a relaxed vibe with eclectic decor and a timeless view look it up!
