Lovely friendly welcome from Carolyn. The tapas menu offered a great selection for lunch time, the calamari was cooked to perfection, very tasty! Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

We visited based on the excellent reviews and were very underwhelmed. The nibbles and starters were not impressive - salty and pretty boring to be honest. Mains were better but the menu is limited. I think our feelings about the food were exacerbated by the slow service. We were served our mains 1 hour & 15 minutes after ordering.

Firstly I would like to appologise for the delay in your table getting their food and thank you for your feedback. As you can see from our other reviews this is not a common occurance and only happens when we have had all our customers arrive spontaneously in a short period of time. We are usually able to space out... More

My husband raves about this restaurant so he booked for us all to go. The boys hah steak which was fantastic and one had pork ribs which was huge. I had lentil dhal curry which was really disappointing and I wished I had chosen something else, it was the only let down to a great evening.

Stayed in Falmouth on holiday, read reviews of this restaurant and decided to give it a try. So good we booked again for our last night to be sure of a table. Really unusual food, home cooked, authentic, tasty. Recommend the chicken curry it was delicious. Very friendly owner and attentive waitress.

Unassuming restaurant on a busy main street, close to car parks and the harbour facilities. The entire experience - a rare family get together - was thoroughly enjoyable. Service discreet but very friendly. The food was varied and well presented. As an African myself I enjoyed reacquainting myself with food from my childhood such as biltong (dried meat) and boerewors... More

The family of 4 ate there and was extremely happy with the service and food. My 4 and 1 year old enjoyed it too. The ribs were massive, and the kids portions good value.

There is something on the menu to please the most discerning palate - you are assured of a warm welcome by the owner, which is why this amazing little restaurant works. Husband and wife team chef/front of house, a lovely atmosphere and an adventurous and imaginative menu that makes for an exciting meal. Delicious African beers to choose from too.... More

Found this delightful restaurant by accident and what a lovely surprise. Food was very tasty. Menu was very interesting. Not too expensive. Would go back again the next time we are in the area.
