Food excellent and friendly staff. In a busy tourist area is was nice to go to somewhere which was very tranquil away from it all in slovenly peaceful setting.

Fantastic lunch for all 5 of us. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was prompt and courteous. All the food was delicious and great value for money. The steak was one of the best I have had. Would recommend and will be back

This is somewhere slightly off the beaten track but well worth the drive down country lanes to find it!! We were greeted warmly and there was a good choice of roasts. Our 3 year old grandson particularly enjoyed his sausage roast, chocolate ice cream and the play area outside!! Thoroughly recommend it!!

After reading all the brilliant reviews about this restaurant on Tripadvisor I was really looking forward to eating here, but I was very disappointed. The staff don't get me wrong are lovely, very smiley and polite, but the service was very slow. I wouldn't have minded the wait had the food been worth waiting for but it was nothing special. The whole place... More

We have just had morning coffee and cake in The Waymarker, and I have to tell you I have never had my cake presented like it before. I wish I had had a camera to show you how beautiful it looked. Coffee and lemon drizzle never looked and tasted so good. While we were there, several people were ordering lunch,... More

I was taken to the waymarker as a birthday treat and it exceeded all my expectations. The lady who served us was nothing short of wonderful coming to check how we were and even had a chat with us. I shared a traditional cream tea (which was plenty - They are very large portions) which came served on a beautiful... More

This is a new barn with a modern-ish interior, with no view as such. Considering its rural setting was expecting something a little more rustic or some nice gardens to look at. Went for afternoon tea which was nice and very well presented. However would not return as place did have not have much atmosphere and did not stay long.

I've been here a few times for different events, and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit I popped in for a late lunch and was excited to sample the new menu. Opting for the muffaleta, I was not disappointed. Incredible food combination, would recommend!

If you're nearby in Falmouth or Helston, this place is absolutely worth a visit. i seriously don't have enough superlatives to describe how much I enjoy it here. I'm a very frequent visitor to the restaurant and I'm yet to have a single issue. The Croque Monsieur is to die for - and regardless of how full you are there's... More

After reading the reviews this place was definitely on our visit list whilst in the Falmouth area for a week. We were not disappointed, we opted for cream teas and we were defeated! The portions of top quality food were so large, we were all not able to finish them. The gluten free scones were the best I've ever eaten,... More
