Sunday lunch

Had a lovely sunday lunch there. We opted for the two course which was £16.95 which might sound pricey but the food was super and well worth every penny. Would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Wow what a cream tea! The most delicious Boddington and cinnamon scones served warm with lashings of clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam, absolutely sensational. Beautifully served on Cornish slate with slices of fresh fruit, an overall fantastic experience. Our third cream tea in two weeks and seriously superior.

Took my family here for a lunch time meal. Everything was 1st Class, the friendly service, fab choice of food, and they even made up a simple meal for my little Granddaughter. Couldn't fault the food and I love the atmosphere here, a little local gem.

Been here several times always first class food, locally produced. Plenty of variety with friendly service. Need a sat nav or a local to get there but well worth the trip

I visited this restaurant together with eight friends for a mid-morning refreshment break. We were greeted by Rhianna who made us most welcome and moved chairs and tables so that we could all sit together. We were all soon enjoying teas and coffees, together with hot toasted tea cakes with butter, in very pleasant surroundings and we are all looking... More

Visited here on the recommendation of my father in law who lives in the local village. As we arrived, a beautiful looking cream tea was being served to a couple on an adjacent table. We looked at the menu, and my wife is a more savoury fan than sweet fan. However, we were both suitably catered for with a Savoury... More

Excellent food and service. Thank you for making us feel so great. We visited for dinner and lunch on Sunday and everything we ate was exceptional. The service was top class and even the weather looked after us.
