Came here today for a change in the usual takeaway. Upon arrival, it was empty, which we liked. The menu is poor with only 5 things to serve and cheese on toast being £3.25! Once I decided I didn't want anything my fiancé chose a breakfast and two drinks which came to £13! The two cans of coke must of... More

A gorgeous little place, with a lovely menu and friendly accommodating staff that made us very welcome and comfortable, and provided me with one of the best cups of coffee I have tasted in a long time. If you are out and about in Chester you will not go far wrong to give it a try.

Called in after a boat trip on the river. Nice cakes and coffees. Good service. Reasonable prices. Didn't eat from the menu but looked very appetising. Would go back when next in Chester.

I have been to this place a fair bit in the past year. I have had a variety of their meals both sitting in and take away. Standards seem to have dropped a bit recently though. Last time I went in and got a take away sandwich the bread was stale (at 2pm). Service is great though. The chai latte... More

Despite being a regular visitor to Chester we did not know this deli and cafe existed. Excellent menu.Food good quality and portions at a fair price. The only disappointment was the amount of coffee in the cup!

Tudor House deli is a 5 minute walk out of the centre, but well worth it. My partner and I popped in after checking a few menus in the more expensive establishments, where the food served would not have filled a flea on a diet. Tudor House is spotlessly clean and the food awesome. I had the open prawn sandwich... More

Popped into Tudor House on way back from an appointment in Handbridge, I enjoyed a lovely take away lunch freshly made in their deli, good food, good sized portions and crispy fresh. I resisted their tiffin and the carrot cake which I know are delicious, had a lovely portion of quiche and box of salad. Clean and friendly.

I have been eating (in and takeaway) at Tudor House for around 12 years, and never had a bad meal. The setting is quaint, with low beams and tons of character - a refreshing change from the high street chains. The takeaway sandwich and salad bar is always well-stocked and the portions generous. If eating in, the table service is... More

I have been coming to Tudor House for about 15 years-the sandwiches and salads are amazing everything is prepared and made on site including the ciabattas and cakes. The staff are always helpful friendly and professional - my ultimate favourite butty is the cripy bacon and tarragon and the tiffin is to die for - I can recommend this to... More

I've been to this place a few times now and sampled what they have to offer across the menu. On a cold nasty day their stew or soup is simply to die for! Or on a hot day, their salad boxes are gorgeous down by the river. Most recently, I fancied something quick and simple. Pulled up outside after a... More
