Good location and nice food!

Went to the restaurant with some work colleagues and found that the service was very good and the food was lovely. I tried the Honey Tikka as a friend recommended it and it was very tasty. I also shared some of my friend's Vindaloo and this was also very nice and the hottest Vindaloo I have had in... read more

Much better than average Indian in every respect. Nice modern decor. Man in fancy dress greets you in the doorway. Interestingly different choices on the menu but all the usual items as well. Good service. House wine £15. This is a noisy restaurant which is ok but bear in mind if you are looking for a cosy candlelit dinner. Not... More

Have been here a number of times and if I rated it on the food alone it would be 5/5 no problem. Easily the tastiest curry in Chester but the service drives me mad! There is obviously a lot of pressure from management to turn over tables FAST and it really takes the shine off the food. Waiters will whip... More

Ate here tonight with friends and my lad. A really good meal. Slightly more expensive than a standard curry, but about five times better.

A popular place in a great location but we were expecting more. We went as a group of 11 people, seating is available for more. Food was okay but expensive. Service was poor, one guy seemed to be directing everyone else but doing all the service himself. Our drinks order was wrong and menu choices had to be repeated. Recommend... More

Went lastnight for my friends birthday, sat down at the table and my friends boyfriend had bought a bottle of prosecco...not once did the many waiters we have say happy birthday or speak to us about anything in particular.... it was apparent that they just wanted to turn the table over. minutes after we sat down they placed popadoms down,... Friendly welcome and fast service. Nice airy location by the canal. Menu was wide ranging with quite a lot of choice. Saying that i ordered my usual when visiting an Indian, and they did it well :-) Price was consistent with what i thought it would be compared to other restaurants and quality on offer. Great location by wwindows to... More

I have gone to this restaurant with a very good friend of mine who is vegan. Well I have to admit there is plenty of choice also for vegetarians and vegans. We had vegetable samosa to share as starter then She had medium curry vegetables and I order a very tasty chicken tikka. Nan bread was also very nice. Definitely... More

The atmosphere was good and although very busy we were not rushed and the waiter was good about going over things with us and making recommendations. The food was very good, though slightly prepared different that what I was use to.
