My family and I ate at the restaurant whilst staying at hotel for my dad's 64th Birthday. My dad order a rib eye steak. He took two mouthfuls and sent it straight back as it was two salty you could not eat it. We were suprised to find that the steak was charged to our bill. Upon raising this matter,... More

I've eaten at Ciro's on two desperate occasions with family and both times the food has been superb. Our first visit I really enjoyed main (Roast breast of Goosnargh Duck) but experienced what can only be described as "food envy" my wife had a fish dish off the specials and it looked superb so much so that I had it... Twenty four of my nursing and medical colleagues went to Ciro's Grosvenor in Pulford. The meals were served quickly and methodically. The staff were helpful and courteous, nobody had any complaints. The staff were happy to look after the flowers until I arrived and I found the evening one of the best I've had. I would recommend this restaurant unreservedly.... More

Stayed at the hotel recently for a birthday celebration and wanted to eat in Ciros in the evening. We tried to make a reservation for 7:30pm but that wasn't available so had to opt for 8pm. We were told that it was just the carvery which was available. We ordered our starters, which were nice but the portion size of... More

Having booked a last minute break at the hotel, arriving late on a Sunday afternoon, we were delighted to find that Sunday lunch was also available after 6pm. My husband and I ordered the tempura prawns and pate to start with and recived two beautifully presented dishes, both of which tasted amazing. The main meal was a traditional Sunday carvery,... More

Stated at the hotel for two nights and after eating out on the first night and after having a lazy day in the spa we decided to stay at the hotel in the evening and eat at Ciros. The staff were great, the meal was amazing. I had the Smoked haddock risotto, it was to die for. Would definitely recommend... More

Visited this restaurant whilst staying at Grosvenor Hotel, as restaurant is attached to hotel lobby. Food was lovely and service was good. Andrei the duty manager was great and very attentive. The restaurant is Med themed, with both setting and food reflecting this. Me and my partner both had mussels for starters and braised beef for main. We enjoyed our... More

We had a table of four and had some very good food, in fact excellent. the only thing that let it down was the service, the food took 40 minutes to come out which is too long, even when its busy, may try again but hope the service improves.

The restaurant is a fresh, vibrant and exciting place to eat. It has a Mediterranean look to it, but still looks great, and it has a fantastic atmosphere. The service is top end, very friendly staff who show they have experience. I had the duck confit with fois gras starter, brilliant and tasty. For main I had duck (again) and... More
