Great food, need to ease off on the room vapouriser!

Visited for Sunday lunch with the family. This was our first visit here. The staff were polite and the service efficient. The carvery was really good value- nicely cooked and presented, very tasty. Had a very enjoyable evening. We were well looked after by waiting on staff who couldn't do enough for us. The 5 of us had starters which were fabulous and 3 of us had good main courses. Unfortunately, two had ribeye steaks and they were very burnt on one side- which of course was the under side!! All chefs should... More

Cannot complain about the food what so ever. There just appears to be a head waiter with a very bad attitude towards his staff. He's pleasant to customers but reprimanded his staff in front of us which was extremely awkward. Food is quite pricey but the restaurant setting is beautiful

This was an evening meal for about 20 work colleagues to celebrate the impending marriage of one of our number. We were given a separate but very pleasant area to ourselves which was probably a good thing because the noise we produced may not have been appreciated by other guests.......... apologies if you were one of them! A very comprehensive... More

Fantastic food and good service. The only slight criticism is that the comfortable chairs overlooking the courtyard are only able to seat 2 people and the other side of the restaurant is not as warm and inviting and the seating is not as comfortable.

We had lunch here 2 weeks ago, we did not have a starter as we knew the main course was large. We waited a long time for the waiter to come and take order for drinks and take our order, even though the place was not that busy. The main course was good my wife having turkey of which there... More

Excellent food , amazing staff . whilst obviously working under difficulties due to major renovation work the staff have managed to maintain the excellent atmosphere of the Brassiere. Visited on two consecutive nights and the standard of both food and service were excellent. could nt be better. would certainly recommend the restaurant
