Excellent Service!!

My partner and I visited Ciro's on Saturday night at 7.30. This was peak time and the restaurant was full. We both had starters which were both first class. We dined here for my husbands birthday. The food was outstanding and so was the service, they even wanted to give us our starter twice! We had not booked and they were busy but still managed to fit us in. Will be going back.

Due to my job I eat out a lot. It's a real pleasure to find somewhere this good. Scallops superb, corn fed chicken nicely cooked and seasoned. Attentive service without being over fussy. Bargain at £100 for 2 including an excellent bottle of Primitivo at £29 and 2 liqueurs

My wife booked this as a supreme and the setting it lovely within a wonderful hotel We originally booked to eat in the brasserie but settled for afternoon tea as they didn't take bookings before 6pm and we had a 9 month old in tow The afternoon tea was lovely although the variety of sandwich was limited The cakes were... Came for afternoon tea in December and was disappointed compared to previous years. I had the gluten free option, which was not good at all. The cakes tasted as if they were out of a packet and I had 2 custard cream biscuits as part of it! I know gluten free is difficult and not economical to make on a... More

Very busy.. Food not hot.....BUT plates hot, weird. Needed more seasoning/taste to many dishes. Lovely place. Lovely presentation- let down by taste and temperature. Staff very attentive though.

visited the brassiere whilst staying at the Grosvenor hotel. we have visited this restaurant many times before but felt that on this occasion it did not match previous standards. the place was cold in spite of the fact that it was busy and noisy. whilst the food was served in reasonable time , the salmon was overcooked and the béarnaise... What a delightful find, beautiful hotel and restaurant. Food was amazing, slow roasted melt in the mouth beef with creamy horseradish mash and roasted roots mmmmagnificent. The atmosphere was quite magical, italian style statues with hundreds of fairylights fountains, marble......loved it and kahlua tiramissu to die for. Plan to be back very soon hopefully overnight. Finished the evening in the... More

For the last 8 years we have visited Ciros on a regular basis on special occasions.... We got married and had our reception here. I can honestly say my favourite venue in The area. Exceptionally varied menu to cater for all tastes served in beautiful surrounds. The staff never seem to change and are always obliging. Never ever been disappointed....... More

What's more pleasurable than a traditional Sunday roast dinner with the family. This is by far our favourite venue for such an occasion. Ciro's restaurant has always delivered on quality and service. It is not the cheapest in the area but it's right that "you pay for what you get" and you get a warm welcome from the friendly attentive... More
