Fabulous

Had the chance to eat her recently on a trip to Alderney to visit family and the food was delicious, I had the tapas and my husband had the Moroccan lamb tagine, all beautifully cooked. I recommend you book in advance as its popular and only a small restaurant

Had 2 meals out of a 4 day stay, best meals we had. Gets very busy, because its that popular, if its to noisy wear ear plugs. If its to cramped, lose some weight, then you will have more room. The food is amazing, very tasty, the lobster chowder was amazing, well done Gloria.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Gloria's seems to be a firm favourite with the locals, which is nearly always a good sign, and we were certainly not disappointed!

I have dined here on a few occassions and it is undoubtedly a favourite on the island. Monday night is not always a good time outside of the holiday season but the place was buzzing with a great atmosphere. The goat curry was a first for me but cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Cant wait to get back for... More

Gloria's is an unpretentious cafe/tapas/restaurant tucked away in the corner of a small courtyard of shops. My first visit was with a group and we had a selection of tapas. The garlic butter prawns were delicious, and we ran out, so the waiter ran to the butcher's to get a key to the fish shop to get some more (now... More

Yet again a superb meal. The party enjoyed every part of it. The tapas was an excellent starter in all shapes from chicken to white bait in a garlic mayo. Mains were Mexican, South African and augmented by quality steak. To finish off we all had complementary pancakes as it was Shrove Tuesday.Heartily recommended restaurant.

This is my favourite restaurant in the world. Glo and staff always make you feel like you stepped into your Mother's house for her to make your favourite meal. You are treated like family. If it's your birthday, she makes you a cake and the entire restaurant sings happy birthday with the lights dimmed low. If you want to see... More
