Quick coffee break

Best place in St Anne's to have a coffee or lunch. We had coffees and they were prepared quickly and were very tasty. Free WiFi available, good prices and good range of food on the menu. Staff friendly.

The standard of food and service at Jack's really is consistently excellent. The marvellous selection of coffees, teas, cakes and lunch options never disappoints, making this little gem at the bottom of Victoria St the only serious choice whether it's for a quick pitstop, a mid-morning rendezvous with friends or a leisurely lunch. Heartily recommended....

no real welcome and expensive coffee and staff never asked "did we enjoy it" This service wouldn't go down well on the mainland

Ken, Thank you for your recent review of Jack's Brasserie. Just a couple of points based on your feedback: 1. My partner & I travel extensively and keep a keen eye on prices worldwide - we are actually cheaper than the average price on the mainland UK, despite increased the increased costs of importing products to a small island. 2.... We dined here for lunch on Saturday for the second time on our visit to Alderney and the food was just as good. My partner and I shared the steak sandwich and chicken burger which were both delicious and our sons had the beef burger. All very generous portions and reasonably priced. Service and the staff were very pleasant and... More

This is a very nice place for coffee or lunch. A good choice of high quality food and drink options. It was always full when we were there and is clearly enjoyed by locals and visitors. Only surprised that it isn't open in the evening.

Fantastic afternoon tea. Was offered fizzy bubbles but had tea instead. The 4 or 5 courses of the afternoon tea was so good that we couldnt eat dinner that night. Butternut squash soup was fantastic. Well done Andy and Steve.

A group of friends and I visited Jacks this afternoon for one of their signature afternoon teas complete with a glass of fizz as well as the traditional pot of tea. We were served a fabulous selection of delicious sandwiches, mini quiche and bilinis. Followed by the most delicate and creamy shortbread hearts and just when we thought we couldn't... More
