If you want to escape the usual menu on offer in the majority of Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants give Cocum a try. We have been several times and have never been diasappointed. The only criticism would be the rather meagre portions of rice, you really have to eke it out, which is a shame.

Being tired of Bengladeshi interpreted Indian food I liked to enjoy some authentic Indian food, Cocum was one of the few options out in Cambridge. Excellent service! food edging next to the original South Indian cuisine. Thanks Cocum !! for making my evening memorable though some dishes were served bit late . Overall it was a wonderful experience with wonderful... More

Hi, I had the opportunity to dine in Cocum with my family and friends and would definitely recommend their Service and taste. Cocum is a place for those who love Indian food and an authentic Kerala restaurant. I had a feel at home service when i was dining with my family and friends. Their staffs were very friendly and welcoming,... More

We decided to visit this restaurant for the second time, which was our mistake!! The staff need training in customer service as this restaurant does not know the meaning of it. Our group of 8 guests consisting of family and friends all ordered Dosa with various filling which was average tasting. I've had far better tasting dosa at Sangeeta in... More

Food was really good, different from most other "standard" indian restaurants. However, the service was slow (other clients that arrived after us had finished their dinner before our food even arrived). Then part of it was burnt. Service was poor: we ordered two naans, got just one. Had to ask various times for some things, like water or an extra... More

Now I will state up front that I love Kerala food and cook it all the time at home. This is the first restaurant that I have found that serves Kerala food and I gotta say it knocks your standard Bangladeshi restaurant food into a cocked hat! If you have only ever eaten the 'standard stuff the menu will look... More

Its a little scruffy, but serves very nice food. There are areas of the menu that are utterly familiar, and others ( like the dosas) that you don't see so often. It's well worth the walk up Castle Hill, and I hope to return!
