This place has a really authentic Italian feel. The pastries are amazing, but the coffee is really poor. Very weak, too hot (which has burnt all the crema away). The sandwiches look good but a little on the small side. All in all I was quite disappointed with this place. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, so if you're... More

living in Cambridge all my life, I would have to say this place comes first regarding a quick, perfect coffee. The best coffee in CAMBRIDGE. service is friendly and efficient too.

Savino's is a truly Italian experience. Everything, from the superb Illy coffee, the delicious ciabatta(heated up for you and served with a neat salad, of course), the Gazzetta dello Sport among the papers, the way the handsome Italian waiter chats up the pretty girl in front of you while you wait for your order - all of it reminds you... I was a regular during my student days and call by whenever I can get back to Cambridge. Beautiful coffee, great vibes, spread of Italian and Anglophone papers, spectacular chocolate croissants, really lovely staff.

Got a tip off from a local. The coffee here is very very good. As good as you can get in Wellignton, New Zealand, or Melbourne Australia, which are the coffee capitals of the world. Will most definitely come back.

This is one of the best cafes in Cambridge - I always try to find an excuse to come here while in town. The coffee and cakes are simply delicious and the staff are always friendly and smiling. It's busy but it's worth the queue.

We've been here many times and enjoyed their coffee, pastries and various savouries. It's reasonably priced and we have always enjoyed what we've payed for. It's small, gets very busy and sometimes you might not get a seat straight away, but people don't seem to sit long in there after they've finished so thats a plus. The service has always... More

The quality of the homemade food which includes classic cakes is fantastic, then couple it to some great coffee and its bliss, a must to visit - most Italians in Cambridge do, so thats a great vote in itself.

They do the best coffees by far. Made with passion and Illy coffee, which make for the perfect latte.

Perfect croissants and cappuccinos every time. The Italian hot chocolate is just amazing. Savino's deserves many return visits.
