Last minute idea

Used to come here almost weekly but not for several months. Popped in as last minute idea and glad we did. Forgot how good this place is. Good food and great value. And nice people too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The food was 10/10, we could not fault it. Very fresh and extremely tasty. I love all dishes but when trying somewhere new I always pick my favourite dish, Lamb Balti, and it had to be the best I've had! I had Lemon Rice, which was lovely and Garlic Naan, which was perfect, nice and... More

Our Impromptu Curry Club decided to try Chutney as part of our regular weekly meeting... The food was OK, the atmosphere was less brilliant as the place was very very busy. Service was OK. The main complaint we had really was cost - for what we got I felt it was on the expensive side. But overall not a bad... More

Whilst the starters were indeed good the main course, for me, was clearly made by an amateur chef with substandard ingredients to the point where I could've bought a Tesco value microwave meal and gotten better food. One of my friends, when questioning her meal, was then spoken down to by the manager! It may well have been a 'one off' bad night, but will neither... Went here after the theatre on a Sunday afternoon soon after they had opened (at 5.30pm). Very modern and bright interior but a bit cold in terms of atmosphere without a full house of customers. The menu is quite interesting with a number of dishes I have not come across before. However, we settled for traditional dishes of lamb vindaloo,... More

We have been comming to this restuarant for the past 8 years and after having tried other Indian restuarants Chutneys stands out for its great service and food. For us the outstanding meal is their chicken sashlick, I am sure it is one of the best in Buckinghamshire.

Attemped a quiet curry at about 7 on a Friday night. Was very loud and incredibly hurried. Main courses are now in the fridge.

Well it definitely ticks the budget box as one of the most reasonably priced restaurant I've ever been to for the volume of food but is it worth dining there? Good: nice atmosphere decorated authentically to provide the discerning guest/s a taste of India. We went for the take away option ordering tikka and some veggie dishes. You definitely receive...
