Have only just discovered this place but what a wonderful find. Lovely staff, excellent food, even suggested a half sandwich for our son as the full one was massive (totally the right suggestion!). Will be back... Lots! Ps find it hard to believe someone below needs to right a review with one star because it was closed!!!

Great food, fantastic service and friendly environment. Take my young daughter here for a breakfast treat whenever time permits.

Pretty simply, this place has all the things you look for in a coffee type place. My girlfriend and I wolfed down a peanut butter milkshake, a panini, a brownie and some great coffee. Good, quite location, plenty of seating and really friendly staff. Top notch!

I visited Caramel square on Tuesday 15th July 2014. I walked through the village with the promise to my grandchildren that we would have tea and cake there. We arrived at 3.15pm and it was closed. There was no explanation on the door nor did the people in the paper shop know why. It professes to be open until 4.00pm.... More

Wow.. What a fantastic place. The food is amazing... Especially the peanut butter brownies. The service was second to none... Could not have been any more helpful and smiles were plenty! My children love stopping off for the infamous hot chocolate. So much choice to eat or drink... Defiantly worth visiting.. And becoming regulars.

I was slight confused by the last review - it seems very odd compared to my recent experience! Staff are always there with a smile and willing to help in anyway they can - there are number of new members on the team, including a fantastic new chef who is bringing a variety of dishes to the daily menu board... Upon reading the latest review, I could help but balance the books. I have also been a frequent user of Caramel Square, however unlike the critic, I have not recently joined Trip Advisor. Nothing has changed in terms of personnel, apart from an addition of a new chef who has introduced new items to the menu including home made meals,... More

I used to frequent this cafe quite often and although on the pricey side the friendliness and the portion sizes always made up for that and it WAS worth the money, however, now it has changed and not for the better! You are met with spur faced staff who really dont care, you have to get everything yourself (used to... More

We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your last visit to Caramel Square. What a shame you decided to write a bad review instead of talking to us at the time. if you felt your egg wasn't cooked to your liking we could have sorted that on the spot. As for the 'changes,' I would like to point out that... More

Just popped in as passing by. Had a scrumptious caramel square and a hot chocolate. Really tasty. It was busy and vibrant with baby groups of Mums in with their kids. Some of the sandwiches were huge!

What a find! This is a lovely place to eat. There are not many places around High Wycombe that are independent and still have great welcoming receptions but this is a certain gem. The food is delicious and portion sizes are generous. It is a family friendly cafe (our 4 month old spent 15 minutes screaming at me but nobody... More
