Lovely meal with great service.

I visited with my family on the bank holiday weekend, we were a little surprised by how empty it was at first but it was busier later. The food was varied, well cooked (1 burger slightly burnt but otherwise great) and really tasty and the service was fantastic, really friendly staff and nice... read more

The place is nice inside and service was good, but the food took a long time to arrive. I had the burger and it was OK, but everything else seems to be straight out of the freezer. The bun was horrible and soggy, please toast!! I have a real issue with food being served on wooden boards, this does give... More

Hello, Thanks a lot for your feedback. We try our best to provide a quick and efficient service. Our burgers are the best in town and for you to say they were okay! I am very much surprised. Our burger buns are toasted all the time and not sure why yours was soggy? But as i have mentioned time and... More

I have been visiting the Junction Pub for a considerable time and have always found it to have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The owners fully understand the importance of service and quality and are constantly looking to improve on what already exists. As well as the great range of beers and wines, I have had numerous varied meals... More

We went here for late lunch, the service was good and prompt. My partner and I ordered steak, which arrived on a breadboard. This is very unhygienic, and the boards looked very old and well used. The food was cold too. SB

Hello Sab, Thanks a lot for your review. I would like to specify that the boards we use to serve our lovely guests are washed through the dish washer so they are really very hygienic to eat on. On the other hand they give a rustic look so most of the restaurants and high street brands use them to serve... More

We went for Mothers day. The table of 5 was booked for 3.00pm. We were seated around 330pm. The starters were lovely and didnt take to long to arrive. We had to wait quite a while for my grandson to receive his main meal, 30minutes later we still hadnt had ours or any table service. The waitress went to the... More

My husband and I popped in for a cheeky lunch on a day off. We were the first in the place for lunch and were seated by the friendly lady behind the bar. I chose the junction club sandwich and my husband had a minute steak sandwich. Both of which were really nice. We shared a sticky toffee pudding for... More

The Junction looks like any other pub, just outside the town centre and opposite a shopping area, so it was a real surprise to find a great little bistro atmosphere inside. We went for lunch one summer Sunday on the recommendation of other family members and are glad we did. Sunday lunch, a traditional roast, was delicious, with a good... More

Great Food at am unbeatable value for the area. To be honest I was apprehensive about even going into the place as if does just look like any other town centre pub from the outside But the inside decor is warm, inviting, light, cosy and comfortable. It is a great little place to relax have breakfast with a coffee or... More
