Sausage lover!

If you love your exotic meats and sausages then this is the place to come. with over 50 types of sausage meat available and meats ranging from kangaroo to wild boar, a great experience. simple décor inside and found within a residential area, so leave the premises quietly!

If you don't eat meat, possibly not the place for you... but for the carnivore this place is heaven! I have tried quite a few of the 100s of different sausages they serve and they have all been yummy. I have also had the steak on the hot rock, which is lovely. It has a lively atmosphere and is a... For informal fun out in the evening in this vicinity this is a destination worth considering but it is what it says and you really have to like sausages. The more exotic choices were not as special as I had hoped and I tried a few of my friend's choices too, but the atmosphere was rough and ready but good... More

I went here with my partner and her parents on Saturday night, was looking forward to it as it's quite a different type of restaurant. Two of our party ordered the Halloumi skewers. After an hour, they got a few slice of Halloumi each, some veg and a hot plate so it was a DIY job, the word skewers suggests... More

Good afternoon, My name is Wayne and I am the manager of the Sausage Tree. Firstly I would like to apologise for the issues that arose on your visit to our restaurant last weekend. I am truly sorry your experience eating with us last Saturday was not a good one and I take full responsibility for this. Unfortunately a member... More

I came here expecting to find lots of sausage, but was duly disappointed to find there wasn't the sausage I wanted. Yes, there were lots of lovely waiters, but I was craving a sausage-fest and it wasn't to be. As an ex-vegan all i wanted was for a tonne of meat to pass my lips, yet there were several items... I've had a couple of meals at the Sausage Tree, its pretty good but for my taste the menu is a bit overwhelming which suggests everything is simply whipped out of the freezer and warmed up rather than cooked with a great deal of effort and style. In sum, the atmosphere is good, plenty of beers to choose from but... More

I would like to bring some of the previous comments/reviews up to date. The sausage tree was recommended to us by a friend. So wishing to try something a bit different and despite reading some of the previous reviews on here we made the 140 mile round trip last night to see for ourselves what the sausage tree had to... We ate here last night. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. We both had steak which was delicious, they are served in front of you and you can cook the steak as little or as much as you want. The chunky chips were tasty! The food came very quickly about 5-10 mins after ordering which was too fast no... More

I had such a good time at this restaurant this evening. I enjoyed the fact of cooking your own meat. The staff were polite even though they were rushed off their feet, they were still very attentive and made sure they come take our order as quick as they could. The desserts were lovely.! My husband enjoyed the range of... More

Perfect day to be spent at the most perfect establishment! Great atmosphere, with the biggest beer garden with brand new furniture to relax in. Also accompanied with a vast variety of beers and ciders! Highly recommended to future couple/family/groups of friends!
