Every time we go to the Kathmandu we say we must come back and spend more time here. And so that's what we going to do soon. However the last few occasions we have been it's been before going to the Colston hall or the hippodrome and we want to eat before we go. Luckily they open at 6 PM... More

I had the Mo Mo dumplings as a starter and these came out after a few minutes as I was told the chef had already made them they were however excellent. My lamb and lentil main course followed very quickly after I finished but had an excellent flavour although the meat was a little chewy

I've lived in Bristol for just over five years and have had a fair few curries and whilst some have been good, this was the best. The poppadoms weren't greasy. The nan was fluffy and fruity. The curry I had was nice and spicy, but flavoursome too. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the mango cocktail had a pleasant... More

I called in here today as I fancied some Nepalese food as I had r gently returned from a trip to the country. I ordered a bottle of Kathmandu and ordered a chicken dish with rice and some bread. The food was delicious and just the right amount to leave me content! I will be back!

Once again this restaurant attacks my taste buds with such lovely flavours. Not your average Indian or Nepalese Restuarant. We had mixed starters for two at £9.95 amazing value. My wife had chicken Natapole a really lovely non intrusive yet spicy curry. I had a very spicy Lamb dish which I can't recall the name but it was excellent. Drinks... More

I had not been to this restraint before I was very surprised to find out how good it was. I had duck in a sweet and sour curry. It is the first time that I could actually taste the difference. The hole meal was out standing.
