BTP Whiteladies has easily established itself as my favorite place to eat, drink coffee, read - and occasionally do some work! The food is great - good quality, quick service and lots of it - and the kitchen is really good about catering to different dietary needs etc. Coffee is always exceptional, and the baristas are great at recommending something... I love extract coffee and usually enjoy sitting in BTP but I do not appreciate overhearing staff discussing my dogs and being very rude about them! Disappointed!

I've stopped here for a few days in a row. The coffee is great, and the vegan chocolate and coconut brownies are to die for. The food isn't perfect (scrambled eggs a bit overdone, main course salads a bit on the small side) but the staff are great and there are lots of plugs and big tables for working. It's... More

This is the nicest coffee shop in Bristol and as a lover of coffee and cake I highly recommend it. There are a few of these dotted around Bristol, and Whiteladies is one of the bigger ones. Great breakfasts, sandwiches, and incredible home made cakes. Amazing coffees and fruit teas to wake you up in the morning on the week... More

Visited here on a Saturday afternoon, and seemingly did the most unimaginable thing possible: We placed an order from something on the menu! The Afternoon Tea in fact. The order, whilst accepted, was met with a not so discrete sigh and a smerk, and seemed to cause a lot of stress to the poor guys and girls working. After waiting... More

Firstly I would like to thank-you for taking the time to leave a comment, and secondly I would like to let you know that I am mortified by the service and product quality that you recieved. As a company we try to keep our menu up to date with current food trends, and always have done, and I am dissapointed... More

One of my favourite places in Bristol. I enjoy having a leisurely morning brunch or working in here when I have exams. Always feel very comfortable here and enjoy the atmosphere. Staff are always cheerful and friendly.

Boston Tea reppresent a trend in terms of place where to go for drinking a tea. It's good the fact that the range of tea is wide. The staff is really nice and kind, there are some small table outside. the only lack is the fact that sometimes you are forced for having a take away because to crowded or... More

Thank-you for your kind words, that staff and I really do appreciate the time you have taken to write a review. We always do our best to source the best quality loose leaf teas, and to serve them in a friendly environment but it would seem that at times we are victims of our own success! I do hope you... More

Over the last three years I have visited this BTP countless times, usually several times a week, and used to absolutely love the place. Unfortunately I feel things have gone down hill a bit. The prices have suddenly increased quite considerably, and whilst I think they serve very good coffee, I object to paying 15p more for a similar sized... More

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. To clear up a few of your comments: Coffee prices: We have, as we do every year, upped the quality on our medium and dark roast coffees and increased the proportion of our more expensive Columbian top note. We have also agreed another deal with Yeo Valley to provide our milk, at an increased price... More

Visited here whilst waiting to go in the burger joint restaurant up the road, nice pretty pattern in the top of the latté, and tasted nice, but wasnt very hot at all. Unfortunately we didnt have time to ask for a replacement. Girl behind the till was a little rude and chairs were a little wobbly, also drinks are fairly... More

Love this place, second visit and they really take care of how they make their coffees, which is a joy to see these days with too many unqualified, so called Baristas, serving in chain establishments. Well done to the team here, love it and great atmosphere - keep up the good work.
