Wondering Why We Keep Winning Awards Lately? Do you remember when food used to taste amazing? Days before the supermarkets piled in with their frozen, pre-packaged chemical concoctions. I remember when my Granddad used to make even simple toast & butter taste incredible; thick slices of freshly baked bread, smothered in real salted butter and it used to taste... Just oh so amazing! But somewhere down the line, we've lost this. It seems everyday food's all about speed, microwaves and pre-packaged. What? Day-to-day, we've now become used to bland, tasteless food, to the point where some basic fast food can even be classed as "tasty". I'm not having it...

I visit Chin Chin fairly regularly and am never disappointed. The lunch menu has expanded since my first visit and now includes more than just sandwiches, although these are fab! I had the cauliflower soup a few days ago, which was lovely, served with a generous chunk of bread and butter, which is always appreciated! The atmosphere is always lovely... More

We've been to Chin! Chin! a couple of times for Sunday roast and they really are fantastic, great portion sizes and really tasty. The tea and desserts really top it all off . This time however we were slightly disappointed by the slowness of the service.. Now don't get me wrong, the staff are extremely friendly but this visit they... More

I organised my best friends hen do at Chin Chin, the service and food was fantastic! We did cocktail making and had the delicious Afternoon Tea. We had the venue to ourselves and were able to decorate it. Would definitely recommend it for parties as well as food.

Just visited Chin! Chin! at the end of a work day away in Bristol. Great service, yet very relaxed and lovely food. And particularly good gin. What more could we need?!

I visited with a friend who wasn't from Bristol for lunch in January and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We chose a selection of tapas selections for lunch, 4 was plenty for 2 people. In particular the pulled pork scotch egg was amazing. All in a lovely setting. I'll definitely be visiting again.

A big, big thank you to Darren and all his staff for an amazing afternoon tea for my sisters hen do! The food is amazing, sandwiches and cakes all homemade and absolutely divine. The waiter kept a steady stream of pots of tea throughout the afternoon. The atmosphere in the bar was cosy and all the little details, such as... More

We enjoyed Sunday lunch here recently with som friends. The service, and food, were both excellent, and Darren went out of his way to make sure my 2 year old was happy and content. Will definitely be back for another visit next time we are in Bristol

Came to chin chin's on a quiet Thursday evening. welcomed to the resturant by Darren, our server for the evening. We chose our seats and were promptly offered drinks and given recommendations on the menu. We had a selection of tapas dishes and enjoyed every bite, would highly recommend the olives, pork belly, triple dipped chips and if you've got... More
