Enjoyed dinner on the Grain Barge. I had the pigs cheek, which was very good. The staff are very friendly.

Food here was nice and the location is great, however, the food menu is limited. Not a greatly central location but only a 20 min walk to town. Worth a visit.

Went to a wedding celebration here. Bar service was a little slow. It had a nice atmosphere. A few people ate and the food looked good and well presented. Toilets were iffy. One out of order and one blocked. Think people do not observe the signs. It is on a boat and obviously not normal plumbing. It seemed a very... More

I've been here a couple of times now - Once for food and once for drinks - and I'd definitely recommend. It's a great place to sit and chill whilst looking out at the water, the food is simple but great and the drink selection is excellent. I've read a couple of bad reviews about the service but I've always... More

We have been here a few times and always really enjoy our visits. The pies are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very cozy (and hip). Although close to the center it is not overrun by students, which makes it a nice location to hang out at on the weekends. The deck is perfect for sunny days... More

This is a great place to visit with a lovely atmosphere. As a northerner I always recommend this place for their pies! In the past they have been stunning but not today. Such a shame. I would have given a one star based on tonight's meal but the manager was interested in our feedback so I expect he will act... More

Been here twice for Sunday Lunch and impressed me both time thus far. Myself and OH cruised in here early doors last weekend as the hunger was upon us. Opted for the pork belly while she went for the lamb. I won hands down, generous portion of perfectly cooked pork Belly with a lovely piece of crackling on top. Vegetables... More
