Have just been with my husband for our belated anniversary meal and yet again the food was absolutely perfect, cannot find one single fault!! I can also highly recommend the smoked haddock and chive croquette for starter and the blade of beef for a main, the beef melts in the mouth and falls apart at the touch of a fork.....absolute... Ate here for afternoon tea. The food was okay, but not fantastic. I would say the afteroon tea was average. Sandwiches could have been better. Scones were nice though. Would say for what it was, the afternoon tea was over-priced. We also had to go and wait at the bar for the bill as there was no waiting on staff... More

I have been here a few times now, and the food has been consistently good, very fairly priced, and the service has always been friendly and polite. One of my "go to" places for a casual Sunday lunch or a nice evening with the girls.

I saw a opportunity to try out this lovely restaurant when a Groupon voucher became available. I went out with my husband and 2 of our friends and had a lovely evening. The restaurant is very inviting and the staff were fantastic and for the food, well it was very very tasty. I highly recommend and will be going back... More

Visited with my wife on a Friday evening. What put me off immediately was the number of other guests arriving with their Groupon voucher. I can understand offering these deals during the day or earlier nights of the week but surely not on a prime evening? To me it cheapens the venue. We were served by a friendly and attentive... More

Excellent set menu with several choices for each course.Very good value.Good service very friendly considering the guy was on his own doing front of house. Very reasonably priced wines.Would definitely visit again. Woburn has quite a few nice restaurants so there's a lot of competition so standards have to be high to stay in the game .

We booked a table using a Groupon voucher (2 courses for 4 with wine). We had a table reserved next to the window and it was pleasant weather so we enjoyed watching people pass by. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. What a lovely meal in a freshly decorated restaurant. There seemed to be something for everyone... More

Had afternoon cream tea which was excellent and filling. The village is a beautiful place to visit and walk around. Finish your trip off with a cream tea in the Woburn Brasserie which is an excellent venue on the main street. Sit in the window and people watch (or the odd tractor), you will not be disappointed.
