Thursday Supper Club Review

Cannot believe such a wonderful meal was such good value - a three course meal for two for £30. The food was fresh and delicious, with a well selected menu. It's a lovely restaurant with great food, highly recommended.

They were kind enough to move us from the middle of the restaurant to a table by the window which offered more room. However when the sun came round it was very, very hot by the window and no air was available. The 2 of us with window seats felt as if we were dining in a sauna. It was... More

Many of us have taken the plunge and popped out on spec for a cheeky Sunday lunch somewhere. Having visited here before for breakfast or a coffee, we had never tried a full meal and to be fair, we were not disappointed. Busy, packed yet able to accommodate us ... we managed to bag a table on one of their... More

We had a delicious meal, lovely wine and great service in this pretty little restaurant. The only thing that wasn't romantic was how full I was at the end of the meal, I couldn't even manage a pudding! Great all round and they have live music some nights too - worth checking if you do or don't like Jazz as... More

Eight of us, four of us dedicated foodies, one large portion phobic, two kids marooned in the pizza and chips food zone, and a twenty month old boy with attitude, descended on this charming brasserie in Woburn for a family lunch for Mother's Day. The choices on the menu were wide ranging and satisfied the meat eaters, the pescatarian and... More

Has everything you could wish for, all cooked to perfection. Extensive menu throughout the day. From breakfasts to just coffee/tea and cakes. Well worth a visit.

Woburn is already well established on the culinary map, with Phil Fanning's Paris House appearing in all the main food guides and being rated in the top 50 UK restaurants by one of them, but you might find the prices there a little scary, with wine starting at £30 a bottle (before a “discretionary” 12.5% service charge is added). If... More

Went there on a Thu evening and had the supper club menu, which proved to be really great value! The taste of the starters and mains was delicious; the presentation of the dishes was good too! We had the mushroom and thyme soup and the chicken terrine as starters. Then, gnocchi and pork belly as mains. We were pretty full,... More

Warm welcome, moved tables as sun streaming in at front. Not a problem for me but friends were huffing and puffing! Starters wild mushrooms and poached egg on Er um toast. Very nice. Main course, 4 different pieces of fish on Er um toast. My choice my error. Friend had duck leg and pronounced it delicious. Puddings, three flavours of... More

Been here now twice and on both occasions left very satisfied with the quality of the food served. The restaurant decor I would explain as bistro style and the staff are welcoming. Our fist visit was for my wife's birthday and I booked ahead and on arrival we were at on a nice table in the window and they had... More
