This is our favourite location of Loch Fyne as it is in a lovely location and has very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. I usually find that the daily specials menu is the best option.(including fish of the day) When I order from the a la carte menu I am usually disappointed. The scallops and Haggis was not very inspired -... More

Firstly I should say I can't comment on the fish as I have an allergy which the staff were great about. I ordered the Lamb and to be honest was really disappointed. £18.00 for the smallest piece of meat imaginable of which over half was fat (promise this isn't an exaggeration). The presentation was sloppy and the dauphinoise potatoes were... More

Decided to try Loch Fyne for lunch as we had booked a room and dinner at the Woburn Inn. Cannot believe we have not eaten here before. the staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable about the menu and the area. My husband had the Scottish Smoked Salmon Ashet as a starter - said it was the best starter he has... More

Enjoyed a lovely evening at Loch Fyne Woburn with friends, but missed the attentiveness and humour of Paul, otherwise known as "Tex" I believe. Has he left? Will definitely be back. Please could you put the prawn cocktail back on the menu!

Then another 50 min for main course .Wrong food arrived .how could they get this so wrong .manager waived our bill but our night... More

we order the seafood plater, and the prawn and crab were partially frozen and soggy. When we complain, the waiter/ manager claim that it was because of the ice they were on... as we were idiots. We asked for the bill, which came with a discount that nearly disappeared if I did not realise that the waiter did not enter... More

First visit to Loch Fyne in Woburn was very disappointing. Dirty plate, over salted macdonald esque fries, forgotten sides, wrong orders, burnt batter and prawns swimming in grease. We tried a selection from the menu but remained uninspired throughout.

We had a great lunch here last Friday. I had the fish cakes followed by the seafood spaghetti. Rob had the spinach soup followed by the fish of the day. Had side dishes of salad and twice cooked chips. Celebrated with a glass of prosecco and a bottle of lovely, dry white wine. The food is very good but what... More

My wife and I had dinner in the Woburn restaurant. The food was good, but the service very slow...a hour wait for the main is not acceptable! I noticed other tables were complaining as well. The staff are very friendly, but they are only as good as the service supporting them!
