The Garway Moon is one of the most friendly, accommodating, welcoming and fun places to eat, drink and take a couple of hours to enjoy the local 'banter', the food is stunning and plentyfull at a great price, the staff are more than helpful and the children's area adds even more positivity to the feel if the place. Great atmosphere in a very characterful building. The food was great with a very interesting menu at very reasonable prices and the beer was served at a perfect temperature, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant evening meal.

So glad we happened upon this pub, which was lively with locals enjoying Sunday lunch. Great selection of ales. Very decent food. Friendly, helpful wait staff. Great old building. Well worth a visit.

What a pub! The Garway Moon is a wonderful and lively country pub on Garway Common. A wonderful building, dining area and bar area are a bit separated and there's a good crowd in both, enjoying food and beer. The food is absolutely brilliant, with both well cooked traditional meals and more creative dishes. Generous portions, all prepared with wonderfully... More

We visited the Garway Moon on Sunday after attending a wedding in the area. What a great place. The food was superb, very reasonably priced, and the landlord was a really nice and helpful fella to boot. I wish I had a pub like this in my local area - sadly I don't. We will be back!

Not disappointed, very friendly staff, quick service, not just a pub menu but a few different things. We both had Duck starter, Ale stew (huge and very rich, lots of beef) wife had Fish Chowder (again a... More
