This was our first visit to the bistro and we went with friends for dinner. The place itself is OK, the service was friendly, if a little sporadic, and the price of the set menu was reasonable especially so when you use the £2.95 voucher from the website. They were the good bits. The wine (sav) wasn't very good, the... More

I went to this restaurant for a business lunch and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant looks out on to the main road but is set back far enough that this is not a problem and there is seating outside for fine weather. Inside the restaurant has dark wood floors and nice light decor. The tables are... More

First visit to Caesars in a few years. Have never eaten there in the evening. Lunch menu has been severely reduced. Service adequate, but not overly welcoming. Asked for white wine, and told Pinot Grigio only available, although Sauvignon Blanc was on the (extremely limited) wine list. Bangers and mash for lunch on a bitterly cold day. Very disappointing bangers.... More

We were given a very specific booking time (made us feel it was popular), then we turned up and the place was empty. The restaurant smelt a bit funny (possibly their candles). Not a great first impression. The service was just a bit bland and impersonal, given that we were the only people in there. Food was not great, not... More

We celebrated Mother's Day at Caesars Bistro. My parents regularly dine here but this was our first experience. Both my husband and I had the chicken livers for starters, followed by Roast Beef and all the trimmings. I opted for Creme Brulee and Mark had the Banoffe Pie followed by coffee and mints. I have to say not only was... More

We thought we would do a little walk around Broadstone and needed somewhere for lunch. Caesars was spotted across the road so after a quick look at the menu we went in. Not a big place, but enough seating, making the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and polite. I had toasted brie, bacon and cranberry sandwiches with... More

four of us visited on a Sat evening and dined off A La Carte menu. waitress was excellent, very friendly and helpful. however the Food was average and appeared re heated. The Merlot wine was really awful. To be fair they changed this for another red which was acceptable. This small Bistro seems to have really good staff but be... More

Been to Caesars a few times now, and it has always been good food and good value. It's one of those places that I have no qualms about taking friends to. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The menu is always interesting with a reasonably wide selection. A great little place
