My husband and I have eaten at Tugboats nearly every time we go to Cape Cod. It is usually our first stop and we anticipate it all the way there. We were not disappointed. We both had fried whole belly clams which were sweet and tender.

We used to love to come here for the onion rings. They've totally changed the recipe and I'm sorry we got them. The baked cod rated a big fat yawn. The waitress was great and the view of the harbor is beautiful.

Had lunch with friend, view of the harbor was great. The food not so. Onion rings came out cold. I think Our waiter left them on the pickup line too long. Food was ok. Pricey, I guess we paid for the view. I have a hard time understand why a restaurant with that location cant do a better job getting... More

This was our second trip this season. Our food, service and view were wonderful. The baked scallops were the best I have tasted this year. The plate of fresh veggies with rice was a nice addition. The mahi sandwich was fresh and had great sides with it....It was a very enjoyable afternoon at Tugboats.

Tugboats, to us, seemed to represent much of what we saw in Cape Cod I have heard, and read, that Tugboats was the place to be ten or twenty years ago. I sense that was the case. Unfortunately, no longer. (Something that might be said for much of the Cape!) The view at Tugboat's is still pleasant, although not really... More

If you're looking for a great view and pretty goo food, Tugboats is worth a visit. It's a little overpriced, but you're paying for the view, which I think is worth it.

I have been coming here for many years and was always my "go to" place when I wanted a good meal, on the water at a reasonable price. I agree with the reviewer below that things have gone downhill. The food quality is decent, but for the prices there is not a value. $25 for a lobster roll, I expect... More

Once upon a time, say, ten and twenty years ago, Tug Boats was unbeatable for atmosphere and food. The atmosphere is still great (Hyansis Harbor), but the food pales. My sole, which is one of the most basic items you can prepare, was dry and not very fresh. No baked potatoes available (huh?) so I chose mashed, which were cold,... More

Outdoor seating was great! Their deck is covered with an awning which kept the hot sun at bay and the view from the deck onto the harbor was great. We had the fisherman's platter with generous portions and the lobster/shrimp mac & cheese, yummy! Prices are reasonable and service pleasant. Though we walked to the restaurant, we noticed that it...
