Great country food with lots of choices. Love the chicken fried steak. Good service and big portions. Kid-friendly.

Brought our best friends for a good hot breakfast!!! What a disappointment!! Food was cold service was slow. After complaining our food was taken back and still not very warm. We were only charged for our coffee! I would have rather paid full price and eaten a warm breakfast. Get it together guys!!!

Still enjoy the place and bringing foreign visitors for a southern , country experience.Liked the Christmas decor Chicken fried steak was good.Huge piece of chocolate pie. Certainly beat the awful catering can tasting Chicken dumpings in a gooey, tasteless sauce I had last time.

Tough to find a great cheesesteak sandwich in East Texas but this establshment has got it nailed. Great sandwich with generous portions of meat and cheese for a good price. They also make a great Reuben sandwich. The breakfast served here will fill you up for a lot less money then the chain establishments. The wife and I drive out... More

I had the cheeseburger basket with the onion rings which were both great. The onion rings we're perfectly seasoned and we're just awesome tasting. I had the double cheeseburger all the way and it was great as well. I had a piece of chocolate dream pie and it would have been better or should I say it would have been... More

I had an egg, 2 slices of bacon, a HUGE biscuit, gravy, sliced tomato, coffee. My husband had a slightly different variation -- sausage instead of bacon, and hash browns instead of sliced tomatoes. Our check, with tax, was UNDER $10! Try that at one of the breakfast chains. It was all very good, but the warm, saucer-sized biscuits were... More

First time ever to hear about "The Shed", was told that we had to go, it was great! Well, we did go, was very surprise when we noticed that it wasn't really a lot of people there, we thought that we may be able to get in and get out. But, that was not the case! After a maybe 30... More

The breakfast is the best ever. Great biscuits and they all are served with gravy which has always been good when I have gotten it, everything cooked really good. I have had chicken fried steak and it was mostly breading..won't do that again. Wait staff has been friendly and busy but we aren't in a hurry when we go there.... More

Took the kids there for dinner one night. I ordered the Morgan burger which was quite good, but a bit too much grease for my liking. The kids ordered the Corn Dog meal but both were cold in the middle. The waiter took them back and got 2 more cooked but these ones were actually frozen in the middle. We... More
