Impressed

We didn't know what was in the area so decided to visit Seagrille following an evening flight to Victoria. The food was very good, i had the onion soup and homemade gnocci, both delicious and my husband had Bouillabaisse, which was also very good. Unfortunately no room for pudding, although from... read more

We decided to try the restaurant because we were staying at the hotel. The pub was full to capacity due to a group reservation, so they seated us in the restaurant but assured us we could order off the pub menu no problem. We were ignored by the waitress both in taking our order and in bringing the check (I... More

We were staying at the lodge so we had two breakfasts here during our stay. The first breakfast was eggs benedict, and was pretty good. The second breakfast was standard eggs and bacon, and was just ok. The service we had the first time was great. The second breakfast we had to hunt down wait staff who were busy waiting... More

This restaurant was just delicious - wonderful bread, wines, entrées . . . I ordered the gnocci with the lemon cream sauce and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. And the views are stunning. Based on some previous reviews I read, I believe this restaurant may be woefully under-appreciated.

The meals were very good - tasty, hot and well presented. The view from the dining room was amazing. The staff were so pleasant which just added to the joy of eating there.

My family reunited over Easter Sunday Brunch with old friends from our days living in Bermuda. Over the years, we have enjoyed many Sunday brunches together at restaurants and resorts big and small, but never one as disappointing as this. The brunch was so bad, in fact, that we actually felt embarrassed for having convinced our friends to join us... More

Having been long time fans of the pub at Brentwood(food and service) we decided that, after looking at the menu posted on line, we would make a reservation at noon for Easter Sunday Brunch. It seemed like it must have come from some other kitchen. First of all the menu: Granola with Yogurt and Blueberry Compote- did not exist Fresh... More

We purchased a groupon for 4 for the tasting menu and used it earlier this year. We were very impressed by both the food and service. When I saw that the same offer was available again I snatched it up right away! We went with a different couple and were were so glad that this visit was just as good... More

We recently stayed at the Brentwood Bay Resort and even though they have room service - we still had breakfast in the Seagrille dining room both mornings. This is pretty unusual for us as we always order breakfast via room service. However, the view, the atmosphere, the service (same female server at 7:30am Sat and Sun) was on her game... More

Thank you so much for your review RomanVancouver. You were lucky enough to be visiting us just days after we launched our new breakfast menu. It sounds like the new items were a huge hit and I am thrilled! We wished you lived in the area too so you could return again and again, but as you don't we do... More
